Hyderabad: Admissions for various courses offered by Prof G Ram Reddy Centre for Distance Education, Osmania University for the academic year 2022-23 will be open from Tuesday, August 2, Director, Prof. G Ram Reddy Centre for Distance Education, OU, Prof G B Reddy on Monday said.

Candidates interested to take admission are advised to complete the process of filling-up of online applications before September 16. Details of courses, rules and regulations, admission process and the fee structure for various courses are available in the website www.oucde.net .

Candidates have to apply online for admissions to the courses and all payments like registration fee, course fee and examination fee should be made online through the website www.oucde.net , the Centre’s Director said.

The online UG and PG courses offered by G Ram Reddy Centre for Distance Education including BA. B. Com, BBA, MBA, MCA. MA (Philosophy, Political Science, Public Personnel Management, Public Administration, M. SC, M. Com and PG Diploma in mathematis, in business management etc.

OUCDE / PGRRCDE 2023: Application Form (Soon), Exam Dates (Soon)

OUCDE/PGRRCDE registration 2023 will likely start in the first week of Aug 2023 . Candidates who wish to enrol in the MBA/MCA programme at the Prof. G. Ram Reddy Center for Distance Education must submit an online application. The exam date of the OUCDE/PGRRCDE Entrance Test 2023 will be announced soon. Candidates who have passed the TS or AP ICET exam with valid results will not be required to take OUCDE PGRRCDE entrance exam 2023. OUCDE/PGRRCDE is an entrance exam conducted by the Osmania University Centre of Distance Education in Hyderabad for admissions into different undergraduate and postgraduate courses. OUCDE is short for Osmania University Centre of Distance Education and is also known as PGRRCDE which stands for Professor G. Ram Reddy Centre of Distance Education. OUCDE 2022 Eligibility Criteria

There's no particular set of restrictions for the selection of candidates and anyone who fulfils the set prerequisites, can enrol themselves on the distance learning program. Here's a list of a few requirements set by Osmania University to apply for the courses listed by them.

OUCDE 2022 General Eligibility Criteria

There's no age restriction for admission to any course. Candidates from all over India will be admitted without any Entrance Test provided the candidates fulfil the requisite qualifying conditions mentioned for the course. Candidates from abroad are also eligible for admission to all courses provided:

• They fulfil the requisite qualifying conditions mentioned in the prospectus.
• They furnish an address in India for Correspondence and dispatch of study material and information.
• PGRRCDE does not entertain correspondence on the foreign address.
• They should come to Hyderabad for writing the examinations until they complete the course.

Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination conducted by the Board/University which are under the jurisdictional area of the other States shall have to obtain an Eligibility Certificate from the Deputy Registrar (Academic), Osmania University to the effect that they are eligible for admission into the university courses.

OUCDE 2022 Eligibility Criteria for Post Graduate Courses

The eligibility criteria differ for each program. The different criteria for different programs are given below.

• A candidate should have passed the U.G. Degree Examination and studied the subject concerned at U.G. Level. B.E./B.Tech./B.C.A. Candidates are not eligible for all language courses. Those who have passed P.G. Diploma in Sanskrit are eligible for M.A.(Sanskrit).
• A candidate should have passed B.A. Degree Examination and studied the subject concerned at the U.G. level.
• Based on the course chosen by the candidate, the eligibility or the minimum qualification varies. Students can learn about the criteria in detail here below.
• Admission to the MBA program can be taken place through 2 different routes.
• Either the candidates who have qualified the ICET (Integrated Common Entrance Test) 2021 for MBA/MCA. or The aspiring candidates should qualify for the entrance test conducted by Osmania University.
• The candidate should have passed Bachelor's Degree Examination from Osmania University or any other University recognized by Osmania University with a minimum of three years of duration securing at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of SC/ST/BC categories) in the qualifying Examination.
• PGRRCDE Notification for Entrance Test for Admission into MBA (2 yrs) & M.C.A. (3 yrs) through Distance Mode Applications through online mode are invited for entrance test and admissions into M.B.A.(2 yrs.) and M.C.A.(3 yrs.) courses offered by PGRR Centre for Distance Education, Osmania University under distance mode for the academic year 2021-21.

Note: The ICET 2021 qualified candidates are eligible for direct admission and need not apply online.

The application for the OUCDE 2022 exam was available in September. Candidates could apply for the exam by visiting the website www.oucde.net  The OUCDE/PGRRCDE application process is divided into five steps: 

• Registration
• Fee Payment
• Files/Document Uploading
• Filling Application
• Printing Application 

It is important to keep these instructions in mind before applying for the exam.

• Have a valid email ID and phone number. This is important because all further communication will be done to this id and number.
• Fill in all the essential details on the application form.
• Upload all the relevant documents.
• Finally, one must pay the PGRRCDE exam application fee.

Documents Required to Fill OUCDE/PGRRCDE Application Form

The application cost of PGRRCDE is INR 900 . The payment of the fees for the OUCDE/PGRRCDE Exam can be made online through a debit card/net baking. Applicants should go to the official website of OUCDE/PGRRCDE to make the payment for the exam. All applicants can use any of the following modes to pay for OUCDE Entrance Exam. Online payment can be made through:

OUCDE/PGRRCDE 2022 Admit Card

Candidates have to carry the admit card to the exam centre without fail. Anyone without the PGRRCDE hall ticket will not be allowed inside the exam hall. 

All eligible candidates who have applied for the exam can download the admit card on the official website. To download the hall ticket of the OUCDE Exam they have to enter the login credentials which include the Registration Id and Date of Birth. Take a hard copy of the same. Please check the details mentioned are legit and correctly spelt as the same info will go on and might create an issue if not matched with your other official ID cards such as Aadhar Card. As any discrepancy will lead to the cancellation of your exam result or selection into PGRRCDE courses.

The candidates can download the OUCDE 2022 admit card by visiting the official website. The link to download the OUCDE admit is active now. It is advised that the candidates download the admit card as soon as possible.

The question paper consists of 3 sections. There will be a total of 100 questions in the paper each carrying one mark. Each question will have four options and one has to choose the right answer. Each question will have one right answer.

Candidates must use only a black or blue ballpoint pen while shading the answer. If a candidate shares more than one answer then that question will not be evaluated. So before answering a question, it is important to be very careful, because the answer choice once marked cannot be easily erased or changed.

OUCDE/PGRRCDE 2022 Exam Syllabus
