To help mitigate current enlisted workforce shortages in critical ratings, RPM will exercise leniency in approving waivers to allow reserve enlisted members to enter EAD contracts or integrate into the Regular Component of the Coast Guard and later attain regular retirement. 2. PSC RPM encourages reserve personnel in the pay grades of E4-E6 who are approaching or beyond 16 years of accumulated active duty service to apply. 3.
