A very good morning to one and all present here. Today, I will be giving a short speech on the topic of ‘My Role Model’.

Before talking about my role model, who exactly becomes one? Google defines the term role model to be “a person looked to by others as an example to be imitated.”

My role model, the person who I look up to and want to become like is the distinguished American author Rick Riordan. He is the author of the famous ‘Percy Jackson and the Olympians’. 

I am a lover of history and mythology. And the way Rick Riordan has written the Greek, Roman, Egyptian, and Norse mythologies is simply fascinating! 

As an aspiring writer, I wish to write in the light-hearted fun way he writes, even while imparting important details of the culture of the lands and myths. Oh, he even manages to make the readers remember the tiniest of details and never forget the tongue-twister names!

He is my amazing role model, yes!

1 Minute Speech on Who Is My Role Model?

A role model is a person whom I can look up to; learn from, and imitate. I can also be inspired to succeed the way he or she has done in his or her life.

A role model can be my father or mother; it can be my teacher, my best friend, a sports personality or a leader in my neighbourhood or community. What makes a role model impact my life is not the position he or she holds; but the positive influence and the way he or she sets an example by his or her behaviour, speech and courageous action.

Now we need to note that we either consciously choose role models or sometimes we are influenced by them without our even knowing it.

So just ask yourself this question, “Who am I looking up to as a standard of behaviour, and reference point to emulate or follow?” The next question to ask yourself is “What makes his or her life a success?” Once you have identified those elements like honesty, discipline or courage; the third question to ask is, “What character traits of that person can I copy, implement, and reproduce in my life so that I too can shine a light for others?”

Again, a role model is one who brings about a positive change in me. He or she is someone whom I can relate to in my struggles as well as my dreams.

Personally, I have had not one; but many role models in my life. At each stage of life’s journey I have looked up to someone for motivation to live life better.

If I look at them close; they may not be perfect but there is something good about them which makes me respect and admire them and also push myself to excel in life.

Surprisingly, many role models that I have had are not public figures, but unsung heroes and heroines whose lives shone a bright light for me!

Children with disabilities, global youth ambassadors, diksha dinde, diksha dinde, a 23-year-old student and activist from india, tells how her mother is her role model and the reason she was able to get an education and fulfil her potential..

Super humans. We read about them, watch them and admire them in the virtual world – but I live with a superhuman. She is my mother.

I am Diksha Dinde, a 23-year-old student and activist from India. I am 84% differently abled, trying to break the stereotypes related to disabled people. 

Be it teaching underprivileged children from the slums near where I live or raising awareness to break taboos around menstruation, I have been doing my part to make this world a better place to live.

My mother, Mrs Chitrarekha Dinde, is my role model. She inspires and motivates me to grow without any barriers. It seems to me that this woman looks at life as a challenge and wholeheartedly intends to seize the day every day.     My mother looked after me and supported me in every part of my life. Right from childhood she has been with me like my shadow. It had been riddled with hurdles and difficulties, but she has managed to cross them all to because of the amazing and independent person she is.

Being physically challenged I am not able to move by myself and because of this I have not been able to do daily routine activities since childhood. At the beginning this was a hardship for my mother, but she was determined to make it work. 

She not only helped me whenever I needed but she also taught me to help myself. She taught me to keep myself clean and neat, how to eat and how to know how much to eat.  She says, “a child does not learn from what parents say but from what parents do”.  

I have had three operations and various therapies on my spine but none have been successful. I was rejected from schools because of their lack of infrastructure and facilities. I was finally admitted to one school. 

My mother had to be there with me the whole day, but at the same time she also had to handle our home life. So she started tailoring and working during school hours. That is how she was able to satisfy financial needs in the home. 

Now I’ve graduated in Business Administration and I’m pursuing a Masters.

Whenever I look at my mother I see an ordinary person but when I think about what she does and how she does it she becomes divine and the reason of my smile! 

The experience of my life so far has truly brought things into perspective. My mother has taught me that hard times can be overcome and that losing battles can be won. She has taught me more than I could have learnt from any book. 

She sets an inspirational example to me teaching me how to live life and make wise choices, even in the most uncertain situations.

I respect her a lot. She is my inspiration, my role model.

Your mother is a special person, isn’t she? She’s the one who loves you the most, cares for you, and always stands by your side.

Let’s take a moment to appreciate her. We’ll talk about my mother, her personality, her love, and her sacrifices.

Good morning everyone, I am here to speak about the most important person in my life – my mother. No words are enough to describe the depth of her love and sacrifices. She is my first teacher, my first friend, and my strongest supporter.

From the moment I wake up until I go to bed, my day is filled with her care and concern. She makes sure I eat healthy, get ready on time, and don’t miss out on my daily activities. Her routine revolves around us, the family. Her selfless love is what I admire the most. She puts our needs and comfort above hers, without any expectations.

My mother is also my teacher. Not only has she taught me how to walk and talk, but she has also instilled good values in me. Whenever I was wrong, she corrected me, and whenever I was lost, she guided me. She has taught me to differentiate between right and wrong, to respect elders, to help those in need, and to always hold my head high.

She is also my biggest cheerleader. She is always there to celebrate my smallest victories and console me in my failures. Her faith in me boosts my confidence, motivates me to work harder, and never give up. She is the one who never fails to make me smile, no matter how low I feel.

In conclusion, my mother is a blessing in my life. She is my role model, my inspiration, and my strength. I am fortunate to have her in my life and I am what I am today because of her. She is not just a mother to me, she is my superhero. Thank you, mom, for everything you do. You are the best mother anyone can ask for.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I stand before you to talk about a topic that is very close to my heart. Today, I will speak about the most important person in my life, my mother. She is not just a mother but a friend, a mentor, and a guide. She is the beacon that guides me through the darkest nights of my life.

Growing up, my mother was the sunshine that brightened every day. Her love and affection were not just limited to us as her children but extended to all who came into her contact. She taught me the values of kindness, empathy, and respect for all. Her unconditional love for our family made our home a small piece of heaven on Earth.

My mother is a woman of strength. Her ability to handle every situation with grace and resilience is something I admire. She has been my pillar of support, always encouraging me to reach for the stars. She has taught me to believe in myself, to work hard, and to never compromise on my dreams. She celebrates my achievements, no matter how small, and picks me up during my failures. She is the one who made me who I am today.

My mother is not just a homemaker but also a professional. She has successfully managed her career and her household responsibilities, setting an extraordinary example for me. Her dedication and commitment towards her work inspire me to excel in my professional life. She has shown me that there is no substitute for hard work and dedication.

My mother is also my moral compass. She has introduced me to the values of honesty, integrity, and respect. Her teachings have helped me differentiate between right and wrong and have instilled in me a strong sense of morality. Her wisdom and guidance have helped me make correct decisions in life.

In conclusion, my mother, with her love, compassion, and wisdom, has shaped my life. She is the guiding star, the beacon of hope, and the pillar of strength in my life. Her sacrifices and selfless love are the reasons for my existence and success. She is my role model, my mentor, and my best friend. I owe my life to her, and I will forever be grateful for her presence in my life.

Thank you for allowing me to share about this extraordinary woman in my life. I hope that each one of you is as lucky as I am to have such a wonderful mother. Let us all take a moment to appreciate the love and sacrifices of our mothers. After all, they are the ones who make this world a better place. Thank you.

She taught us to believe in our dreams and work hard to accomplish them. She is a single mother showing the world that a woman is capable and independent of raising her children independently.

A role model is a person who can inspire people. Ratan Tata is the most generous person on earth and is my role model. Despite being the chairman of Tata group of industries, he is known for his golden heart. He is a man with high values. His motivating speech and quotes manifest his thoughts.

He is a philanthropist who donates a large amount of money to charity. His pure heart and dedication are the reason for the tremendous success of Tata industries. A visionary leader who motivates his employees to work towards a new vision and new opportunities. I look upon him as a person full of values, a risk-taker, and a man with a purely positive attitude. He is a role model for the youth.

Qualities of My Role Model

Ratan Tata is a humble man who insists on not getting special treatment. He drives his car and lives a simple life. He is my ideal and believes in kindness, simplicity, and empathy. He is an 84-year-old industrialist who has consistently demonstrated that he is much more than a business person. I want to be charitable and selfless like him. He inspired many people to take a step towards charity.

Ratan Tata is a humble man whose words and quotes resonate with me and inspire me to be a better person aiming for success and peace. These are some of my favourite quotes by him—

‘None can destroy iron, but its own rust can. Likewise, none can destroy a person but his own mindset can’—This powerful quote suggests that nothing can stop a person from being successful, but only his mindset.

‘Take the stones, people, to throw at you and use them to build a monument’—This great thought inspires people to do what they want. No matter what others are saying or what others are accomplishing.

Reasons Why He is a Role Model

Sometimes, he travels on an economy class ticket for flights and surprises his fellow passengers. This shows that he is not a man who lives a luxurious life and teaches us that no matter how rich we are, we must stay grounded.

His primary focus is on the severe issue of malnutrition. He said that the health of children and pregnant women is essential as it will change the mental and physical health of the nation. He believes that children are the nation's future, and we need to nourish children for a bright future for the country.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, he recommended companies not lay off their employees. Also, during the pandemic, he donated hundreds of crores to the nation for the help of frontline workers and those who are fighting the virus.

He believes that everyone has the right to education and lack of money should not be a hurdle.

He visited around 80 families who were impacted by the 26/11 attack. He helped many street dogs and also requested his followers to do so. He always inspires and motivates people on his social media handles.

My Role Model is My Father Essay

The importance of the word ‘Father’ and its general worth towards family is limitless. This word generates honor because of symbol good deeds which every head of the family tries to earn.

My father is the guiding force and leader of our family, bringing our aspirations into reality. He is not just a figurehead, but a role model who foresees the needs of the time and shapes our family through his unwavering responsibility and dedication. I hold immense respect for him due to his extraordinary achievements.

As my role model, my father accompanies me in all my endeavors, ensuring that I make the right choices. He attentively listens to my problems and imparts valuable lessons to shape my thinking. His primary concern is my future career, and he leverages his maturity, knowledge, and awareness of the modern world to evaluate my interests and decisions, going above and beyond to help me develop and achieve my goals.

Despite his financial limitations, my father fulfills my genuine needs and ensures that I never feel inadequate. He works tirelessly, sweating profusely, to increase his earnings for my sake. He sacrifices his own comfort, willingly eating less, in order to provide for my well-being.

Being educated and possessing a logical vision, my father has evolved into a contemporary and progressive figure. He utilizes his knowledge and embraces modernity to raise me in a manner that equips me to thrive in today’s competitive world. He leaves no gaps in meeting my needs and actively supports my personal growth and career-building process.

As an ideal father, my father spares no effort in fulfilling my necessities. He strives to eliminate any obstacles that could hinder my development and career path, leaving no room for shortcomings.

What sets my role model father apart is his refusal to impose his own career choices on me. He believes that I should pursue a future based on my own passions, suitability, and capabilities. The tradition of following specific family professions is fading away, as doctors no longer insist on their children becoming doctors, professors do not compel their offspring to pursue academia, and army officers do not force their sons into the military. Similarly, my father desires that I have a better future according to my own choices.

My father is a mature and understanding individual who assists me in making important decisions. Like most devoted fathers, he plays a significant role in my life, supporting my career aspirations and helping me overcome daily challenges. When I face difficulties and seek guidance, I instinctively turn to my father. He selflessly puts aside his own priorities to provide the necessary support. He works tirelessly, making countless sacrifices to help me navigate through my problems.

We celebrate Father’s Day every year on 19 June to strengthen the relationship and remind a father of the sacrifices he endured towards his kids when they were in need. Unfortunately, it has become a mere formality for many, lacking genuine emotional connection and appreciation. In today’s times, children often choose to live separately from their fathers, prioritizing their own families and disregarding their responsibilities towards their aging fathers, who cling to hope for support.

It is very important that our fathers should be given deep respect and utmost respect not only because they are fathers, but for their unparalleled fatherhood and incredible sacrifices towards us. We must recognize the value of their presence and the impact they have on our lives. By cherishing our fathers, upholding our duties, and expressing gratitude for their sacrifices, we can truly acknowledge the exceptional role models they are in our lives.

Researchers carried out experiments to evaluate the performance and inference speedup of CLLMs across multiple tasks such as comparing the stat-of-the-art (SOTA) baselines on the three domain-specific tasks and the open-domain profiled on MT-bench. CLLMs show outstanding performance on various benchmarks, e.g. they can achieve 2.4× to 3.4× speedup using Jacobi decoding with nearly no loss in accuracy on domain-specific benchmarks like GSM8K, CodeSearchNet Python, and Spider. CLLMs can achieve  2.4× speedup on ShareGPT with SOTA performance, with a 6.4 score on the open-domain benchmark MT-bench.

In conclusion, researchers introduced CLLMs, a new family of LLMs that excel in efficient parallel decoding and are designed in a way that they can improve the efficiency of Jacobi decoding. Additional architecture designs or managing two different models in a single system are complex and complexity is reduced with the help of CLLMs because this method is directly adapted from a target pre-trained LLM. Besides, fast-forwarded and stationary token counts are compared across four datasets, showing an enhancement of 2.0x to 6.8x In target LLMs and CLLMs.
