Dear Parents, welcome back to Year1 and our new homework contract format. As the headings indicate some activities are optional, Some need to be completed sometime this week and some every night. We hope that you have all enjoyed a really great holiday time together.
Homework - Year 1
practical and enjoyable. Homework should last no longer than 20 minutes per day including reading. In order to get the most out of these activities and to help your child benefit, it is a good idea to set aside time each afternoon to complete them in a quiet environment. Please sign your child’s homework each night when they have completed it.
