चकबस्त का ये शे’र बहुत मशहूर है। ग़ालिब ने क्या ख़ूब कहा था;

हो गए मुज़्महिल क़ुवा ग़ालिब

अब अनासिर में एतिदाल कहाँ

मानव शरीर की रचना कुछ तत्वों से होती है। दार्शनिकों की दृष्टि में वो तत्व अग्नि, वायु, मिट्टी और जल हैं। इन तत्वों में जब भ्रम पैदा होता है तो मानव शरीर अपना संतुलन खो देता है। अर्थात ग़ालिब की भाषा में जब तत्वों में संतुलन नहीं रहता तो इंद्रियाँ अर्थात विभिन्न शक्तियां कमज़ोर होजाती हैं। चकबस्त इसी तथ्य की तरफ़ इशारा करते हैं कि जब तक मानव शरीर में तत्व क्रम में हैं मनुष्य जीवित रहता है। और जब ये तत्व परेशान हो जाते हैं अर्थात उनमें संतुलन और सामंजस्य नहीं रहता है तो मृत्यु होजाती है।

मैं ज़िंदगी का साथ निभाता चला गया

हर फ़िक्र को धुएँ में उड़ाता चला गया

इस तरह ज़िंदगी ने दिया है हमारा साथ

जैसे कोई निबाह रहा हो रक़ीब से

दर्द ऐसा है कि जी चाहे है ज़िंदा रहिए

ज़िंदगी ऐसी कि मर जाने को जी चाहे है

किस तरह जमा कीजिए अब अपने आप को

काग़ज़ बिखर रहे हैं पुरानी किताब के

जैसे कोई गुनाह किए जा रहा हूँ मैं

ज़िंदगी है या कोई तूफ़ान है!

हम तो इस जीने के हाथों मर चले

इक मुअम्मा है समझने का न समझाने का

जिंदगी क्या है और क्या है इसका लक्ष्य

आज-कल अकसर लोग अपनी बातों में अपनी ‘Life’s Calling’ यानी जिंदगी की पुकार की बातें करते हैं। जिंदगी क्या है? जीवन का लक्ष्य क्या है? सद्गुरु बता रहे हैं कि अगर आप अपने काम को लगन और जुनून से करें, तो अनुभव का एक नया आयाम जान जाएंगे।

प्रश्न : क्या Life’s Calling (जिंदगी की पुकार) जैसा कुछ होता है? कैसे जानें कि हमारी जिंदगी हमसे क्या चाहती है? सद्‌गुरु: मैं चाहता हूं कि यह आप ठीक से समझ लें - ‘Life’s Calling’ ( जिंदगी की पुकार ) जैसी कोई चीज नहीं होती। ‘ जिंदगी की पुकार ’ जैसी चीज तो नहीं होती, लेकिन जिंदगी आपको हमेशा पुकार रही है, आपसे कुछ कह रही है – भीतर से भी और बाहर से भी। जब आप जीवन की पुकार का सचमुच जवाब देंगे, तभी आप जीवन को उसकी संपूर्णता में जान पाएंगे। अगर जीवन आपको पुकार रहा है, तो बड़ी लगन और जुनून से आपको उसकी तरफ जाना होगा, हिचकिचा कर हिसाब लगाते हुए नहीं। इसलिए नहीं कि आपका अहं, जो हमेशा कुछ अलग करने की चाह रखता है, तुष्ट हो सके। बल्कि इसलिए कि आप अपनी पूरी क्षमता के साथ अपनी जिंदगी जी सकें। अगर जिंदगी के हर पहलू को ले कर आपमें एक जुनून है, तो आप आसानी से समझ जाएंगे कि आप किस काम में अच्छे हैं। हो सकता है आप किसी ऐसे काम में अच्छे हों, जो आपने अभी तक किया ही न हो। लेकिन वही पुराने घिसे-पीटे काम, अगर आप कुछ नया ना भी कर रहे हों, अगर उसी को लगन और जुनून से करें, तो वह भी आपको अनुभव के एक नए आयाम तक पहुंचा देगा।

जीवन का लक्ष्य : हर काम लगन और जुनून से करें

जब ब्रह्मांड के साथ, उसके हर कण के साथ आप बिना किसी पूर्वाग्रह के शामिल होते हैं, तभी आप खुद को खोज पाएंगे, महसूस कर पाएंगे और अपने असली स्‍वभाव को पूरी तरह से जान पाएंगे  और पूरी तरह से शामिल होने  की वजह से आप अपने पुराने अनुभव और काबिलियत की सीमाओं में बंधे भी नहीं रहेंगे। आप ज्ञान के महाभंडार, जो कि ब्रह्मांड की मूल प्रकृति है, तक पहुंच कर उसको आत्मसात कर सकते हैं ।

अपने होने का ढंग तय करें

जिस क्रम में जीवन घटित होता है, उसमें सबसे पहले है होना (एक खास तरह से होना), फिर करना और तब पाना। लेकिन आजकल लोग हमेशा सबसे पहले पाने के बारे में सोचते हैं। मिसाल के तौर पर उम्र के किसी पड़ाव में आपने फैसला किया होगा कि आपको फलां तरह की जिंदगी जीनी है, जिसमें एक खास तरह का जीवन साथी, एक घर, एक कार वगैरह-वगैरह शामिल हों। फिर आप सोचते हैं, “मुझे यह सब कैसे मिलेगा?” जैसे ही आप इनको पाने के बारे में सोचना शुरु करते हैं, आपके इर्द-गिर्द के लोग आपको सलाह-मशविरा देने लगते हैं। फिर आप एक डाक्टर, वकील, साफ्टवेयर इंजिनियर, या कुछ और बनने के बारे में सोचते हैं। इनमें से किसी पेशे में कुछ वक्त बिता लेने के बाद आप सोचते हैं कि आप कुछ बन गए हैं, और बस तभी आप जिंदगी के विरुद्ध चलने लगते हैं। आप ‘पाने – करने - होने’ के रास्ते पर चल पड़ते हैं और पाने की अंतहीन दौड़ में लगे रहते हैं। अतृप्त जीवन का आधार बस यही है।

आपको सबसे पहले अपने होने का ढंग तय करना होगा। फिर आपकी मनचाही चीज हासिल हो या न हो, आप एक शानदार इंसान होंगे। आपकी जिंदगी कितनी अच्छी है यह आपके होने के ढंग से तय होती है। आप क्या हासिल कर पाएंगे यह आपकी काबिलियत और हालात पर निर्भर करता है। अगर आप एक छोटा सा परिवर्तन लाएं और खुद को ‘होने – करने - पाने’ की तरफ मोड़ लें, तो काफी हद तक आप अपना भाग्य खुद लिख सकेंगे।

सही विषय का चयन (choose the right subject).

किसी को भी एक अच्छा भाषण देने के लिए सही विषय का चुनाव करना ज़रुरी है। हमें अपने भाषण के लिए एक ऐसा विषय चुनना चाहिए, जो हमारे व्यक्तित्व के साथ मेल खाना चाहिए। किसी भी स्पीच को अच्छा बनाने के लिए हमें अपने साथ साथ दर्शकों के हित का भी ख्याल रखना चाहिए।

किसी भी भाषण के विषय का चुनाव करने से पहले इस बात का ध्यान ज़रुर रखें कि वह विषय हमारे और इस समाज के लिए कितना महत्वपूर्ण है। क्योंकि जब भाषण हमसे और हमारे समाज से संबंधित होगा, तो आप के साथ लोगो को भी उसमे ज्यादा रूचि आयेगी।

भाषण की शुरुआत कैसे करें? (How to start speech?)

किसी भाषण को अच्छा बनाने के लिए सबसे ज़रुरी है कि उसका शुरुआत कैसे करें। आप कोई भी भाषण दे रहे हो, लेकिन उसकी शुरुआत हमेशा वहां उपस्थित श्रोता और अतिथिगण और अन्य लोगो को संबोधित करते हुए करना चाहिए। क्योंकि जब आप किसी बड़े या सम्मानित व्यक्ति को सम्मान देते हुए अपने स्पीच की शुरुआत करते है, तो उन पर इसका एक अच्छा प्रभाव पड़ता है।

यदि आप अपने भाषण को शुरू कर रहे है, और वहां कोई मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में आये हुए है, तो अपने भाषण की शुरुआत सभी का धन्यवाद देते हुए कर सकते है।

यदि आप एक छात्र है और आप अपने स्कूल में भाषण दे रहे है, तो उसकी शुरुआत ऐसे कर सकते है। जैसे –

अपने भाषण का विस्तार कैसे करें? (How to extend your speech?)

अपने स्पीच को शुरु करने के बाद सबसे महत्वपूर्ण काम अपने भाषण क विस्तार करना होता है। क्योंकि जितना आप अपने स्पीच का विस्तार करेंगे, आप की स्पीच उतनी ही प्रभावशाली होगी। अपने भाषण का विस्तार करते समय इस बात का ध्यान रखें कि आप अपने श्रोताओं से आँख से आँख मिला कर भाषण दे। जिससे उनका आपके साथ संपर्क बना रहे।

आप लोगो ने देखा होगा कि बहुत से लोग जब अपने स्पीच का विस्तार कर रहे होते है है, उस समय वो अपने उन बिंदुओं को भूल जाते है। जो उनके स्पीच का मुख्य बिंदु होता हो। इसके लिए आप अपने मुख्य बिंदुओं को किसी कागज़ पर लिख ले। जिससे जब आप अपने भाषण का विस्तार कर रहे हो। तो उनका उपयोग कर सके और अपने स्पीच को और भी ज्यादा प्रभावशाली बना सके।

जब आप अपने भाषण का विस्तार कर रहे हो तो अपने भाषण में सवाल ज़रूर पूछे, क्योंकि जब आप लोगो के लिए सवाल उठाते है तो आप के भाषण में जान आ जाती है। लोगो को अपने स्पीच में और भी रूचि आने लगती है।

अपने भाषण का समापन कैसे करें? (How to finish your speech?)

आप सभी ने बहुत से लोगो को भाषण देते हुए देखा होगा, जिनमे आप को कुछ भाषण पसंद आये होंगे और कुछ पसंद नही आये होंगे। किसी भी भाषण को आप कैसे समाप्त करते है, ये भी आप के भाषण के अच्छे होने एक मुख्य कारण है।

लोगो को ऐसा स्पीच पसंद आता है जो उनके मन में बहुत से सवालों को छोड़ जाएँ। इसीलिए कहा जाता है कि अपने भाषण के बीच में लोगो से सवाल करते रहे। जिससे अंत में उनको इस भाषण के बारे मे सोचना पड़े और वो आप के भाषण से साथ आप को भी याद रखे। आप चाहे तो अपने भाषण को समाप्त करते समय किसी शायरी का प्रयोग भी कर सकते है।

भाषण से दौरान आप की शारीरिक हाव-भाव कैसा होना चाहिए? (How to adjust your body language during speech?)

मेरा मानना है आप का भाषण कितना प्रभावशाली है। कहीं न कहीं ये आप के शारीरिक हाव-भाव (Body Language) पर भी निर्भर करता है।  जब आप अपना भाषण देने जाएँ। तो अपनी शारीरिक हाव-भाव (Body Language) कैसी होनी चाहिए। इसके बारे में हमने नीचे बताया है। जिसका ध्यान रखते हुए आप अपने भाषण को और भी अच्छा बना सकते है।

• जब आप भाषण देने के लिए स्टेज पर जाएँ तो ज्यादा नर्वस न हो। और अपने भाषण को अपने पूरे आत्मविश्वास से शुरू करें। अपनी इस दिक्कत को आप ख़त्म करने के लिए आप की भाषण देने से पहले तैयारी ज़रूर करनी चाहिए।
• जब आप अपना स्पीच दे रहे हो, तो इस बात का ध्यान रहे कि आप के चेहरे पर एक हल्की सी मुस्कराहट होनी चाहिए। जिससे आप का भाषण सुनने वाले लोगों को सहजता बनाये रखने में आसानी रहे।
• जब आप अपना भाषण दे रहे, तो अपने बोलने की गति एकदम सामान्य (न तो बहुत तेज और न ही बहुत धीरे) होना चाहिए। जिससे लोगो को आप की बात समझ आ सके।
• भाषण से दौरान आप लोगो से आई कांटेक्ट बनाये रखे। जिससे उनको आपकी बातों पर विश्वास हो सके।

भाषण के दौरान किन-की बातों का ध्यान रखें? Things to remember before giving speech

हमें अपने भाषण के दौरान बहुत सी ऐसे बातों का ध्यान रखना चाहिए, जिससे हम अपने भाषण को और भी अच्छा और ज्यादा प्रभावशाली बना सकते है। इसके लिए आपको नीचे दी गई कुछ बातों का ध्यान रखना होगा। जो इस प्रकार है:

भाषण की तैयारी (Preparation for Speech)

जब भी आप को स्पीच देना हो, उससे पहले आप को उस स्पीच की तैयारी ज़रूर कर लेना चाहिए, क्योंकि बहुत बार जब हम स्टेज पर जाते है तो नर्वस हो जाते है। और अपने भाषण को ख़राब कर देते है।

शारीरिक हाव-भाव (Body Language)

भाषण के दौरान आप अपने शारीरिक हाव-भाव (Body Language) को ठीक रखें। और स्टेज पर नर्वस ना हो। जब आप अपनी Body Language को अच्छी रखेंगे। तो आप अपनी स्पीच को और भी अच्छी तरह से दे पाएंगे।

भाषण के मुख्य बिंदुओं का ध्यान रखें (Always remember important points of speech)

बहुत से लोग जब अपनी स्पीच देते है, तो वो अपनी उन मुख्य बिंदुओं को भूल जाते है। इसके लिए आप को मुख्य बिंदुओं को किसी कागज़ पर लिख लेना चाहिए जिससे आप अपने भाषण को और भी अच्छी तरह से समाप्त कर सके।

लोगो के साथ आई कांटेक्ट बनाये रखें (Keep eye to eye contact with speech listeners)

बहुत से लोगो का मानना है कि जब आप अपने भाषण के दौरान लोगो के साथ आँख से बनाये रखते है तो उनको आप के बातों पर ज्यादा विश्वास आएगा और वो आप की बातों पर भरोसा कर सकेंगे।

अपनी बातों को सही ढंग से कहें (Tell every thing in proper way)

भाषण देते समय आप अपने बातों को सही ढंग से कहे यानि जब अपने बातों को लोगो से कहे तो आप की गति बहुत ही सामान्य होनी चाहिए और अपने भाषण के बीच में आप लोगो से सवाल भी करते रहे। जिससे उनको आपकी बातें सही लगे।

बिना लेख देखे भाषण दे? (Give speech without paper?)

यदि आप को अपना भाषण को ज्यादा अच्छा बनाना है तो उसके लिए आप भाषण बिना देखे देना चाहिए। क्योंकि  देखकर बोला गया भाषण कभी भी उत्साह नही जगा पाता। अगर आप चाहे तो केवल उन मुद्दो की लिस्ट ले जा सकते है जिन पर आप को प्रकाश डालना है।

भाषण में धारा प्रवाह हो (Keep balanced flow in your speech)

एक अच्छा वक्ता हमेशा अपने भाषण को एक धारा प्रवाह में कहता है। जब आप के स्पीच में धारा प्रवाह होता है, तो लोगो के अंदर एक उत्साह आता है और वो आप के भाषण से बोर नहीं होते है।

आंकड़ों का प्रयोग भी करें (Use data to make your speech better)

अपने भाषण को प्रभावशाली बनाने के लिए आप को आंकड़ों का प्रयोग भी करना चाहिए जिससे आप के बात में वजन हो। लेकिन बहुत ज्यादा आंकड़ों का प्रयोग न करें। जिससे लोग बो र होने लगे।

हमारा भारत देश एक बहुत ही विशाल देश है। यहां पर अनेक प्रकार की विविधताएं पाई जाती हैं। यहां पर भी विभिन्न प्रकार की जाति, पंथ, धर्म और सांस्कृतिक प्रथाओं के लोग रहते हैं। ऐसी विविधता के रूप में भारत देश को देखा जाता है। इसी के साथ यह हमारे समाज और राष्ट्रीय को संपूर्ण रूप से समृद्ध बनाने का काम भी करता है।

भारत देश को लेकर एक बहुत ही बड़ी दिलचस्प बात यह है कि यहां पर सभी राष्ट्रीय त्योहारों को एक ही माध्यम से देखा जाता है और मनाया भी जाता है। भारत देश में सभी महोत्सव को स्कूल, विश्वविद्यालय कॉलेज, समाज, कार्यालय सभी जगह पर मनाया जाता है। भारत देश में स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर लाल किले पर प्रधानमंत्री के द्वारा भाषण प्रस्तुत किया जाता है और झंडा फहराया जाता है। यहां पर सभी अन्य त्यौहार धर्म जाति में भेदभाव किए बिना मनाए जाते हैं।

भारत को समृद्ध सांस्कृतिक विविधता को भोजन के रूप में भी देखा जाता है क्योंकि हमारे देश में खाना पकाने की कला बहुत ही अधिक पाई जाती है और इसीलिए यह दूसरे देशों को हमारे देश से बिन्न बनाती है। भारत देश में बहुत सारे मसाले और जड़ी बूटियां भी पाई जाती हैं, जो भारतीय लोगों के लिए एक व्यंजन का काम करती हैं।

भारत देश में भोजन में भी कई तरह की रोटियां पकाई जाती है जैसे कि नाम आटे के ब्रेड, फ्लैटब्रेड, ब्राउन ब्रेड, भटूरे और भी कई अन्य तरह की चीजें शामिल होती हैं, जिन्हें सभी लोग बहुत ही ज्यादा पसंद करते हैं। इसके साथ अगर आप दक्षिणी भारतीय क्षेत्र में जाते हैं, तो वहां पर आपको रोटी की बजाय चावल, उत्तपम, डोसा, इडली, इत्यादि व्यंजन ज्यादा दिखाई देते हैं।

अंत में मैं केवल आप सभी से इतना ही कहना चाहूंगा कि आप जहां पर भी जाएंगे, भारत को एक अलग ही रूप में पाएंगे। यहां पर अलग-अलग धार्मिक कथाएं, भौगोलिक विविधता और खाद्य विविधता तक ही भारत देश सीमित नहीं है।

हमारे भारत देश में हर प्रकार की जाती, रंग-रूप और विविधताएं पाई जाती हैं और भारतीय संस्कृति के लिए भारत देश बहुत ही प्रख्यात है। हमारे भारत देश बहुत बड़ा और विशाल है और अधिक जनसंख्या वाला देश है। भारत के अतीत में बहुत सारे उतार-चढ़ाव देखने को मिले हैं, परंतु चाहे वह राजनीतिक हो, सामाजिक या सांस्कृतिक हो सभी अशांति के साथ विजय हुए हैं। अतीत ने भारत को बिल्कुल हिला कर रख दिया था। उसमें हमारे देश के बहुत सारे ऐसे महान सेनानी थे जिन्होंने हमारे भारत देश को आजाद करवाया।

भारत देश में बहुत सारे ऐतिहासिक स्थल है, जैसे ताजमहल आगरा, हवामहल, विक्टोरिया मेमोरियल, कुतुब मीनार, हुमायूं का मकबरा, स्वर्ण मंदिर और भी अनेक ऐसे स्थल हैं, जो हमारे भारत देश में स्थित है, जिनकी सुंदरता देखते ही बनती है। इसी के साथ भारत संस्कृति और परंपरा का जन्म स्थान भी है।

पूरी दुनिया में पुरानी सभ्यता के लिए भारत एक प्रतिष्ठित देश है। यहां पर अनेक प्रकार के रीति रिवाज पाए जाते हैं। इसी के साथ भारत एक धर्मनिरपेक्ष देश भी है, यहां पर सभी को अपनी धार्मिक मान्यताओं का पालन करने के लिए स्वतंत्रता दी जाती है।

भारत देश में हिंदू, ईसाई, इस्लाम, सिख, बौद्ध, जैन धर्म और भी अन्य धर्मों के लोग एक साथ मिलजुल कर रहते हैं। भारत देश में लगभग 22 से भी अधिक भाषाएं बोली जाती हैं।

यहां पर भाषा धर्म या जाति के मामले ही नहीं बल्कि उनकी जीवनशैली काम करने के तरीके, व्यवसाय, अनुष्ठान, जन्म, विवाह इत्यादि सभी से जुड़े हुए मामले देखे जा सकते हैं। भारत देश विविध परंपराओं सांस्कृतिक और धार्मिक प्रथाओं के कारण ही दुनिया में अलग पहचान बनाया हुआ है।

भारत देश में शिक्षा का क्षेत्र भी बहुत ही श्रेष्ठ है और यहां पर विदेशी व्यापार और वाणिज्य के लिए बाजार को आकर्षित करने के लिए अनुभवी डॉक्टर, इंजीनियर, वैज्ञानिक, तकनीशियन, इत्यादि सभी बड़े आपूर्तिकर्ताओं के रूप में प्रतिष्ठित हैं।

हम अपने देश के विकास और उपलब्धियों पर बहुत ही अधिक गर्व महसूस करते हैं। इसी के साथ वैश्विक बाजार में अपने देश के हित को और भी अधिक मजबूत करने के लिए जो भी हम कर सकते हैं, उसमें हम योगदान देते रहेंगे।

अंत में केवल इतना ही कहना चाहूंगा कि भारत के बारे में जितना भी कहा जाए उतना कम ही होगा क्योंकि भारत देश की सुंदरता देखते ही बनती है। यहां पर हर किसी चीज में आकर्षित चीज पाई जाती है। इसके लिए भारत देश अपने आप में ही विख्यात है, इसी के साथ में अपनी वाणी को यहीं पर विराम देता हूं।

हिंदी भारत में सबसे अधिक लोगों के द्वारा बोली और समझी जाने वाली भाषा है। बीतते समय के साथ इसकी लोकप्रियता और बढ़ती जा रही है। 14 सितंबर, 1949 को संविधान सभा ने जनभाषा हिंदी को राजभाषा का दर्जा प्रदान किया। भारत दुनिया में सबसे ज्यादा विविध संस्कृतियों वाला देश है। धर्म, परंपराओं तथा भाषा में इसकी विविधता के बावजूद यहां के लोग एकता में विश्वास रखते हैं। बो हिंदी भारत की सबसे प्रमुख भाषा है। दुनियाभर में हिंदी भाषा तीसरी सबसे अधिक बोली जाने वाली भाषा है। भारत में विभिन्न भाषाएं बोली जाती हैं, लेकिन सबसे ज्यादा हिंदी भाषा बोली, लिखी व पढ़ी जाती है। वर्ष 1949 में हिंदी को हमारे देश में सर्वोच्च दर्जा प्राप्त हुआ और तब से हिंदी को हमारी राजभाषा माना जाता है। हिंदी भाषा को सम्मान देने के लिए 10 जनवरी को प्रतिवर्ष विश्व हिंदी दिवस (World Hindi Diwas) मनाया जाता है। ध्यान रहे कि राष्ट्रीय हिंदी दिवस हर वर्ष 14 सितंबर को मनाया जाता है। विश्व हिंदी दिवस (World Hindi Diwas) की जानकारी भी इस लेख में नीचे उपलब्ध है।

हिंदी दिवस हमें यह याद दिलाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है कि हिंदी विश्व की सबसे पुरानी भाषाओं में से एक है और प्रत्येक भारतीय को अपनी मातृभाषा में बोलने पर गर्व महसूस करना चाहिए। वर्ष में 14 सितंबर से 29 सितंबर तक हिंदी पखवाड़े का आयोजन देशभर में किया जाएगा। इस संदर्भ में कई तरह के आयोजन किए जाते हैं, जिनमें अच्छा प्रदर्शन करने वाले प्रतिभागियों को पुरस्कृत और सम्मानित भी किया जाता है। हिन्दी दिवस 2023 के इन कार्यक्रमों में हिंदी निबंध प्रतियोगिता, अनुवाद प्रतियोगिता, हिंदी ज्ञान प्रतियोगिता, हिंदी टिप्पण एवं आलेखन प्रतियोगिता, हिंदी दिवस भाषण (hindi day speech) प्रतियोगिता आदि शामिल हैं।

हिंदी दिवस पर भाषण (Vishwa Hindi Diwas Speech)- राष्ट्रभाषा बनाम राजभाषा

अक्सर लोग भारतीय संघ में हिंदी की स्थिति को लेकर भ्रम की स्थिति में होते हैं। सबसे पहले तो यह जान लें कि हिंदी भारतीय संघ की राजभाषा है और इसे संविधान में राजभाषा का दर्जा मिला है न कि राष्ट्रभाषा का। हालांकि भारतीय स्वतंत्रता संघर्ष के दौर में हिंदी ने देशवासियों के एकता के सूत्र में पिरोने का काम किया जिसे देखते हुए इसे स्वतंत्र भारत की राष्ट्रभाषा के तौर पर देखा जाने लगा था। भारतीय संविधान में इसे राष्ट्रभाषा तो नहीं पर राजभाषा के रूप में स्वीकार किया गया। इसके तहत शासकीय कामकाज के लिए आधिकारिक भाषा के रूप में हिंदी का प्रयोग किया जाना तय किया गया। गैर-हिंदी भाषी राज्यों में कामकाज के संचालन में व्यवधान न आए इसलिए 26 जनवरी, 1950 से अगले 15 वर्षों तक के लिए अंग्रेजी में भी कामकाज करने की छूट दी गई, जिसे बाद में भी राजभाषा अधिनियम 1963 के तहत जारी रखा गया है। ऐसे में हिंदी दिवस के भाषण में गलती से भी हिंदी को राष्ट्रभाषा न बताएं।

विश्व हिंदी दिवस पर भाषण (Vishwa Hindi Diwas Speech)

हर साल विश्व हिंदी दिवस 10 जनवरी को मनाया जाता है। यह दिवस विश्व में हिंदी भाषा के प्रति जागरूकता के लिए मनाया जाता है। प्रथम विश्व हिंदी दिवस की शुरुआत 1975 में तत्कालीन प्रधानमंत्री श्रीमती इंदिरा गाँधी द्वारा संयुक्त राष्ट्र जनरल असेंबली (जिसका आयोजन नागपुर में हुआ था) में किया गया था। तब से हर साल भारत समेत विश्व के विभिन्न देशों में यह दिवस हिंदी के प्रति प्रेम को दर्शाने के लिए मनाया जाता है। हिंदी विश्व में चौथी सबसे अधिक बोली जाने वाली भाषा है, लगभग 26 करोड़ लोग इस भाषा को बोलते हैं। इस वर्ष विश्व हिंदी दिवस की थीम "हिंदी - पारंपरिक ज्ञान से आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस" है। इस वर्ष 12वां विश्व हिंदी सम्मेलन 15 से 17 फरवरी तक फिजी सरकार के सहयोग से विदेश मंत्रालय द्वारा फिजी में आयोजित किया जाएगा। विश्व हिंदी दिवस 2023 (Vishva Hindi Diwas 2023) के आयोजन के लिए स्थान पिछले साल मॉरीशस में आयोजित 11वें विश्व हिंदी सम्मेलन के दौरान तय किया गया था।

छात्रों को यह ध्यान रखना चाहिए कि विश्व हिंदी दिवस तथा राष्ट्रीय हिंदी दिवस दो अलग-अलग दिवस है। विश्व हिंदी दिवस जहाँ 10 जनवरी को मनाया जाता है वहीँ राष्ट्रीय हिंदी दिवस 14 सितंबर को मनाया जाता है। लेकिन यह दोनों दिवस ही हिंदी के प्रति जागरूकता फैलाने तथा प्रेम को दर्शाने के लिए मनाए जाते हैं।

साथियों जैसा कि हम सभी जानते हैं कि आज हम सब हिंदी दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में यहां उपस्थित हुए हैं। हममें से अधिकतर लोग यह भी जानते होंगे कि राष्ट्रीय हिंदी दिवस हर साल 14 सितंबर को मनाया जाता है। भारत अनेकता में एकता वाला देश है। अपने विविध धर्म, संस्कृति, भाषाओं और परंपराओं के साथ, भारत के लोग सद्भाव, एकता और सौहार्द के साथ रहते हैं। भारत में बोली जाने वाली विभिन्न भाषाओं में, हिंदी सबसे अधिक उपयोग की जाने वाली और बोली जाने वाली भाषा है।

वर्ष 2001 में रिकॉर्ड के अनुसार, लगभग छब्बीस करोड़ नागरिक हिंदी में बात करते हैं। हिंदी को 14 सितंबर 1949 को भारत की राष्ट्रीय भाषा के रूप में अपनाया गया तब से हिंदी भाषा को एक उच्च दर्जा प्राप्त हुआ और इसी उपलक्ष्य में हम प्रत्येक वर्ष 14 सितंबर को हिंदी दिवस मनाते हैं।

हिंदी एक इंडो-आर्यन भाषा है, जिसे देवनागरी लिपि में भारत की आधिकारिक भाषाओं में से एक के रूप में लिखा गया है। राजेंद्र सिंह, हजारी प्रसाद द्विवेदी, काका कालेलकर, मैथिलीशरण गुप्त और सेठ गोविंद दास गोविंद जैसे लोगों ने हिंदी को भारत की आधिकारिक भाषा बनाए जाने के पक्ष में कड़ी पैरवी की थी। भारतीय संविधान के आधार पर, अनुच्छेद 343 के अनुसार, हिंदी को आधिकारिक भाषा के रूप में अपनाया गया था। हमारी मातृभाषा हिंदी और देश के प्रति सम्मान दिखाने के लिए ही हिंदी दिवस का आयोजन किया जाता है।हिंदी दिवस पूरे भारत में बहुत उत्साह और गर्व के साथ मनाया जाता है। शिक्षण संस्थानों से लेकर सरकारी दफ्तरों तक सभी हमारी राजभाषा को सम्मान देते हैं।

इतिहासकारों का मानना है कि हिन्दी विद्वानों द्वारा अपनी महान साहित्यिक कृतियों में प्रयोग की जाने वाली प्रमुख भाषा रही है। रामचरितमानस एक साहित्यिक कृति है जो हिंदी में भगवान राम की कहानी का वर्णन करती है और गोस्वामी तुलसीदास की सबसे महत्वपूर्ण कृतियों में से एक है, जिसे 16 वीं शताब्दी में लिखा गया था। हिंदी सबसे आदिम भाषाओं में से एक है जो मूल रूप से संस्कृत भाषा से संबंधित है। अतीत से, हिंदी एक भाषा के रूप में विकसित होकर हमारी राजभाषा बन गई है।

वर्ष 1917 में, महात्मा गांधी ने भरूच में गुजरात शिक्षा सम्मेलन में प्रस्तुत एक भाषण में हिंदी के महत्व पर प्रकाश डालते हुए उन्होंने जोर देकर कहा कि हिंदी भाषा को राजभाषा के रूप में इस्तेमाल किया जाना चाहिए और अर्थव्यवस्था, धर्म एवं राजनीति के लिए संचार के रूप में भी इस्तेमाल किया जाना चाहिए।

हमारे समाज में बहुत से ऐसे लोग हैं जिन्हें पता नहीं होता है कि हिंदी दिवस कैसे मनाया जाता है? मैं आपको बता दूं की देश के सर्वप्रथम प्रधानमंत्री, जवाहरलाल नेहरू ने पहली बार 14 सितंबर को हिंदी दिवस मनाने का फैसला किया था। हिंदी दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में भारत के विभिन्न स्कूलों और कॉलेजों में हिंदी साहित्यिक और सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों, प्रतियोगिताओं का आयोजन किया जाता हैं जिसमें छात्र बढ़-चढ़ कर हिस्सा लेते हैं। जहां छात्र हिंदी में विभिन्न कविताओं का पाठ करते हैं तथा हिंदी निबंध पढ़कर हिंदी भाषा को गर्वान्वित करते हैं। हिंदी दिवस के इस अवसर पर प्रश्नोत्तरी प्रतियोगिताएं आयोजित की जाती हैं और हिंदी में कहानियां पढ़ी जाती हैं। हमारे लिए यह बहुत सम्मान की बात है कि हमारी राजभाषा हिंदी राष्ट्रीय और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय दोनों प्लेटफार्मों में लोकप्रियता हासिल कर रही है।

आज के आधुनिक समय में लोग पश्चिमी सभ्यता से काफी प्रभावित हुए हैं। हिन्दी भाषा का महत्व समाप्त होता जा रहा है। हिंदी दिवस लोगों को उनकी जड़ों से जोड़े रखता है और लोगों को उनकी मूल संस्कृति की याद दिलाता है। ऐसे कई भारतीय हैं जो आज भी भारतीय संस्कृति को बनाए रखने में गर्व महसूस करते हैं।

हिंदी दिवस और विश्व हिंदी दिवस को लेकर ज़्यादातर लोग भ्रमित रहते हैं। खास कर के बच्चों को ऐसा लगता है कि विश्व हिंदी दिवस और हिंदी दिवस दोनों एक ही हैं। हालांकि दोनों ही दिवसों का उद्देश्य हिंदी भाषा का प्रचार प्रसार करना ही है, मगर फिर भी दोनों में अंतर है। अतीत में देखें तो पता चलता है कि प्रथम विश्व हिंदी सम्मेलन 10 जनवरी 1975 को नागपुर में आयोजित हुआ था। पहले विश्व हिंदी सम्मेलन का उद्घाटन तत्कालीन प्रधानमंत्री स्वर्गीय इंदिरा गांधी ने किया था। इसके बाद पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री डॉ. मनमोहन सिंह ने हिंदी के प्रचार-प्रसार के लिए साल 2006 में प्रति वर्ष 10 जनवरी को हिंदी दिवस मनाने की घोषणा की थी। इसके बाद विश्व में हिंदी का विकास करने और एक अंतरराष्ट्रीय भाषा के तौर पर इसके प्रचार प्रसार करने के उद्देश्य से विश्व हिंदी सम्मेलनों की शुरुआत की गई थी।

14 सितंबर 1949 को संविधान सभा ने एक मत से हिंदी को भारत की राजभाषा चुना गया। पहला हिंदी दिवस 14 सितंबर 1953 में मनाया गया था। राष्ट्रीय हिंदी दिवस जहां 14 सितंबर को मनाया जाता है वहीं, विश्व हिंदी दिवस 10 जनवरी को मनाया जाता है। पहला राष्ट्रिय हिंदी दिवस 14 सितंबर 1953 में मनाया गया था, जबकि विश्व हिंदी दिवस 10 जनवरी 2006 में पहली बार मनाया गया था।
