Special Assignment - Dirty Work is the 5th special assignment in LEGO City Undercover .

Walkthrough [ ]

After climbing down into the sewer, use your Robber disguise to pop open the door on the left. Grab the valve handle and carry it down to the stairs to open up a large pipe. Inside, you'll find a key that opens the door to the next area. Next, jump over the three gas leaks and turn them off with the switches on the wall. Past the now-closed valves, pull the switch on the wall to activate the Color Swapper . Then, back to the left, shoot the color switch on the wall to open the gate next to it. Grab the box of blocks inside and carry it over to the green plate on the ground. Drop it here and rebuild the pieces into a scalable wall, then climb up to this area's exit.

Smash the first barrel you see, then follow the Clue Scan point. Follow it to the area below, where you'll encounter a couple of guards. Take them down, then grab the Dynamite from the hidden spot and blow up the silver pipe. Build the bricks that come out of the pipe into an inflatable mattress, then hop on and paddle through the toxic waste to the other side. Climb up and head to the left, under the low gap, and break into the locked room. Grab the handle inside and carry it back over to the left. Ride the geyser of water up to the next level and smash the red barrel to find another stick of Dynamite . Blow open the adjacent door to find a Color Swapper . Head right and shoot the color switch on the wall to lower a platform further to the right. Next, climb the blue pipe over to the other side where you'll find a ladder to the next area.

In the next room, you'll want to smash several crates, then rebuild them onto the checkered floor in the back. Next, use Chase's Grapple Gun to pull open the gate and push the crate you built over to the left so you can jump up into the background. Look behind the orange cones for a stick of Dynamite , which will blow open the door to the bank's vault.

After entering the vault, open the safe immediately in front of you. Use the blocks that spill out to build a silver Color Swapper , then shoot the mirror dish and slide it into the laser to redirect the beam. Walk up the corridor and shoot the next dish, then pull it into the laser beam with Chase's Grapple Gun . After the crate melts from the laser blast, grab the box of parts on the ground and carry them over to the green plate. Build another Color Swapper , this time blue, and shoot the wall on the left to make it climbable. On the next floor, use the computer to open a gate with a safe inside. Crack the safe and use the pieces inside to build another Color Swapper . Next, shoot the switch on the left. Pick up the valve handles in front of each mechanism on the wall and use them to turn the colored bars until they line up and you get a green light above each. This will open the safe with the Bell Pepper Emerald inside. After you have it, climb up to the bank's lobby.

In the lobby you'll need to collect some Super Bricks to build an escape vehicle. To start, pull down the blue and green frames on the wall in the back left corner, then rebuild them to find the roman numerals 'VII' and 'III.' Walk down to the left and enter these numbers, along with 'X' in the red spot to get a key to the door in the back. Inside this room, you'll find the first Super Brick . Next, grab some Dynamite from the vending machine and head back out into the lobby to blow up the statue in the back-right corner. After a piece of the statue rolls through the wall and opens up the next room, go inside and open the two safes for another two Super Bricks . Now, you should have enough to build the Relocator .

This completes the Special Assignment.

Collectibles [ ]

Characters [ ], intergalactic girl [ ].

At the very beginning of the level, use the Astronaut teleport pad to reach the token.

Bank Manager [ ]

Use the Astronaut crate in the far-right side of the Bank Lobby to beam in a teleportation pad, then zip up to the balcony. Here, use the Color Swappers on the far right and left sides of the walkway to color the statue in the middle. Color the base blue and the top brown to unlock doors on both sides. The room on the right holds the character token.

Vehicles [ ]

Gotland [ ].

As you paddle across the sewer on the inflatable mattress, jump off just before the toxic sludge and swim under a low gate to grab the token.

Relocator [ ]

In the area before the vault, use your Construction Worker disguise to jackhammer through the floor where you'll find the vehicle token.

Police Shields [ ]

Police shield #1 [ ].

On the other side of the locked gate, use Rex Fury to pull open the grey box, revealing a control point for the little pink boat. Guide the boat through the waypoints to earn the first piece of the Police Shield.

Police Shield #2 [ ]

In the next area, head all the way to the right and pull open another orange-handled box. Swap the color in your gun to yellow and track down all of the little rubber duckies in the area. Shoot them all to gain the shield piece.

Police Shield #3 [ ]

Inside the vault, open up every safe that line both the left and right side of the walls. Opening all four (minus the ones involved in progressing through the level) will award you with the shield piece.

Police Shield #4 [ ]

Once in the lobby, jump on the floor buffer and clean the five dirty spots on the floor to earn the last shield piece.

Special Assignment 5 Dirty Work (Lego City Bank) Collectible (Police Shields, Character Tokens, Vehicle Tokens, Red Brick) Locations for Lego City Undercover. Now that Lego City Undercover is out for Playstation 4 and Xbox One and we got the STORY mode beat, AND we have prepared for FREE PLAY by grabbing the 2x Red Brick Stud Multiplier, Rex Fury Character Token and Unlocked him and also grabbed the Super Color Gun Red Brick, we are ready to continue on with Special Assignment 5 Dirty Work (Lego City Bank). Lego City Undercover offers 15 Special Assignments that offer Police Crests which are broke down into 4 per assignment. We are now returning to all the Special Assignments for the collectibles including Police Crest Pieces, Character Tokens and more!Follow along as we run around Lego City search for all 100+ unlockable vehicles, 300+ unlockable character tokens and of course we got lots of RED BRICKS too! As per usual, we finished the STORY first, now moving on to FREE PLAY, then finishing with FREE ROAM and Trophy/Achievement clean up.
