There are hundreds of Cryptocurrency MLM programs currently active online and most of them are lousy. The majority will take advantage of people with little or no experience.

Cryptocurrencies have been around for a while and they can be a very profitable investment, but the trade-off is that they are just as volatile as trading Forex or stocks.

But programs such as OmegaPro don’t tell you about the risks involved. Instead, they give false assurances of passive earnings to attract new members.

The fact that you’ve taken a moment to scrutinize this product before signing up should be applauded. You’ve done yourself a huge favour. Your due diligence will save you from potentially wasting your time and money.

OmegaPro Explained

OmegaPro is a multi-level marketing business that specializes in cryptocurrency trading and investments. The website domain was registered anonymously back in November 2018.

The website shows an address in the UK, which is associated with a virtual office service called Prime Secretarial. We are not given details of the company’s owner or the management team

However, an independent investigation and an official warning from France revealed details of the two owners named Andreas Szakacs and Dilawar Singh.

Dilawar is the company’s co-owner currently residing in Germany. Before OmegaPro, he was involved with a company named Omnia Tech, another Ponzi scheme!

OmegaPro was launched shortly after Omnia Tech, therefore, it’s most likely that this is simply a rebranded version of the same program.

Andreas is based in Dubai, however, he doesn’t appear to hold any previous experience within the MLM industry.

OmegaPro Product Range

I’m not shocked to find out that OmegaPro does not provide any retails products or services, a stipulation put in place by the regulators, which all MLM countries have to adhere to.

The income opportunity can only be accessed once you’ve invested in the program.

Does OmegaPro Work?

The crux of the matter is that OmegaPro is a cryptocurrency Ponzi scheme. According to the program, it builds ROI revenue by trading stocks, cryptocurrencies and indices. However, they’ve not proved that trades are actually happening.

The program has not shown that they are authorized to carry out the above transactions. Any company that handles trading or financial transactions has to be licensed and approved by the financial regulators in that country. For instance, if a company is based in the USA, they would need to be authorized by the Securities and Exchange Commission . 

Therefore, the fact that they’re not authorized means that the company could be liable for securities fraud. Furthermore, as a member, you could be pursued by the authorities for promoting this program. Yikes!

Nonetheless, the company has just one method to generate money and that’s by getting more people to join the program and invest. The fresh investments are distributed through the program i.e. the top-level members get the first share then the remainder trickles down the lower levels until it runs out.

You will not enjoy any of this money if you remain at the bottom level. This is how recruitment becomes an essential component of the program. The first thing you will need to do inside this Ponzi scheme is to ensure that you recruit more people underneath you so that you’re not at the bottom.

The story of Ponzi schemes always ends the same way. When the recruitment slows down and grinds to a halt, so will the money. Guess what will happen to OmegaPro at this point? It will collapse and the owners will move on, rebrand and start the cycle all over again.

How To Profit with OmegaPro

As mentioned earlier, the only way to profit with OmegaPro is via the recruitment of new members. You will be rewarded with different recruitment commissions as detailed in their compensation plan below.

Getting Started with OmegaPro

OmegaPro comes with a free option to become a member, however, this does not give you access to their earning opportunity. For this, you’ll have to pay a fee of $29 and an investment of at least $100. The most you can invest is $15,000.

We are not told how the company uses the $29 fee or what other benefits we get for paying this fee.

OmegaPro Compensation Plan

At the core of the program’s compensation plan is the ROI commission that the company advertises together with other commissions for recruiting new members.

The company guarantees a 200% ROI if you remain active in the program for 16 months.

The company offers 8 different tiers which you can earn from as follows:

• Start-Up Level : The cost of this level is $100. Earns you a 200% ROI in 16 months.
• Basic Trader Level : The cost of this level is $500. Earns you a 200% ROI in 16 months.
• Light Trader Level : The cost of this level is $1,000. Earns you a 200% ROI in 16 months.
• Pro Trader Level : The cost of this level is $3,000. Earns you a 200% ROI in 16 months.
• Advanced Trader Level : The cost of this level is $5,000. Earns you a 200% ROI in 16 months.
• Tycoon Trader Level : The cost of this level is $8,000. Earns you a 200% ROI in 16 months.
• Premium Trader Level : The cost of this level is $10,000. Earns you a 200% ROI in 16 months.
• Master Trader Level : The cost of this level is $15,000. Earns you a 200% ROI in 16 months.

You will need to reinvest 30% of your daily returns after you’ve cashed out.

Sponsorship Commissions

You’re rewarded various commissions if you directly recruit members and get them to invest. If they invest in any of the 8 levels, you will be awarded 5% of the investment.

Residual Income Commissions

You will be rewarded commissions for building a team and will make money from members that you recruit directly as well as their recruits. The commissions are calculated using a binary compensation structure, which places 2 of your direct recruits on your left and right leg to make your 1st level.

Your recruit’s recruits are placed on their left and right legs to make your 2nd level and so on. You’ll be awarded commissions for each level, which are paid weekly.

Leadership Pool Commissions

OmegaPro also offers a commission pool across the company which you can join and receive up to 3% from that pool. The commissions are divided among eligible members.

Virtual Lottery Mystery Bonus?

We’ve not been given much information about the mystery bonus as it’s not featured on their website. Supposedly, you will have to reinvest 10% of your ROI commissions to be eligible for this bonus.

OmegaPro Exposed!

1). blatantly a ponzi scheme.

The only income stream for OmegaPro is through recruitment. There are no commissions to sell products or services because there’s nothing to sell! Based on this, the guidelines from the FTC and other regulators would brand OmegaPro a Ponzi scheme.

OmegaPro has not given us any proof or demonstarted that they are a legitimate program.

2). Securities Fraud

As mentioned earlier, OmegaPro is potentially liable to securities fraud based on the fact that the company offers investments, passive earnings and ROIs.

Any company offering this would need to be approved by the financial regulators of their respective countries to perform these transactions. A good way of verifying whether a company is authorized is to check the relevant regulator’s database. We could not find OmegaPro on any government database.

Is OmegaPro a Scam or a Legitimate Business?

OmegaPro is not a genuine MLM program and I’m absolutely sure that it’s a Ponzi scheme. It uses the usual textbook tricks to appear legitimate but it’s not.

• The commissions are purely based on recruitment and nothing else. You cannot earn any money if you fail to recruit more members. This is the basis of a Ponzi scheme.
• The company is liable for securities fraud because it’s offering investments and passive earnings to members. Any program offering these kinds of services would need to authorized by financial regulators.

OmegaPro is definitely a scam. Steer clear of this program!

Today, we will look at  OmegaPro Ltd , a company that blends forex trading, fintech, and MLM opportunity.

OmegaPro claims to be a broker located in the United Kingdom that enables its customers to trade currency pairs, commodities, indices, and  stocks .

There is much to learn about  OmegaPro , including its services, compensation scheme, and fees. But the most important thing to know is if it's legitimate or another MLM scam.

The thought of making a reliable $5K per month & not having to worry about clocking in to a 9-to-5 ever again was all I needed.

Sure, there were people in the program doing high-6 and low-7 figures per year… but that wasn’t what I was out for.

I just wanted to provide freedom for myself, and if I was lucky, take my family along for the ride.

Fast forward a few days and a few phone calls & I was enrolled!

Here’s the first “money making website” I put up:

I built that site in 2020, and it still makes me $1,500 per month. It’s a basic 5 page website I built based on a template the program provides.

The best part to me? My dad and I get to do it all together!

Dilawar Singh is the CEO of OmegaPro. He describes himself as a thought leader in the forex trading sector.

Furthermore, Dilawar Singh claims to have dived into crypto vending ventures and other creative endeavors.

However, the guy has not been able to provide any evidence for his claims.

He has received a great deal of unwanted publicity since the debut of OmegaPro since the company has defrauded numerous investors and faced problems with financial regulators. Is OmegaPro registered? They claim it is, but we cannot verify it.

How To Join OmegaPro

To join OmegaPro trading platform, a one-time $29 administrative charge is required, and the purchase of an Algo-Trade Fiat Experts license from them.

The price is for the deposit amount, and all of these licenses were valid for up to 16 months.

The cap is the weekly earnings restriction . Aside from trading earnings, OmegaPro affiliates may earn rewards by referring new affiliates and customers.

OmegaPro Products

OmegaPro does not sell actual products ; instead, it offers online trading services.

OmegaPro is an online trading school where users may learn about crypto and FX trading .

In addition, they launched a service called Algo-Trade Experts , in which trading experts will trade for customers and provide trading advice and suggestions.

Furthermore, the company claims to provide online banking and to act as a broker, allowing its customers to trade currency pairings, commodities, global indexes, and company shares.

But before you give all your money, let's investigate further if this investment service is not a Ponzi scheme or a Pyramid scheme. A Ponzi scam is a dangerous scam because Ponzi schemes only want your money, without providing anything in return.

How Does OmegaPro Work?

Not technically. You can make money with this program, but it’s definitely not as easy as the company makes it sound.

Cryptocurrency MLM’s are dime-a-dozen, and that’s the sad part. There’s a lot of them popping out like mushrooms after a rain because it just takes advantage of people’s lack of knowledge about the industry. 

Cryptocurrency is legitimate and it works on the premise of people using it being anonymous. Without going much into the technical explanation of things, the network secures the identities and transactions of buying and selling parties without the need for third-party individuals or companies. 

There’s also the premise of cryptocurrency investments and trading being very lucrative income opportunities, but they are as risky as trading stocks and Forex. 

But companies like OmegaPro will never tell you that. All they’ll give you are fake promises of making passive income and more.

What is OmegaPro?

OmegaPro, or Omega Pro, is a MLM or multi-level marketing company that operates under the cryptocurrency trading and investment niche. Their domain name was registered privately on Nov 2018. 

On their landing page, they also have a UK Corporate Address, which belongs to Prime Secretarial, a virtual office merchant. What they don’t provide on their landing page is the owner of the company. 

But third-party research, as well as a formal warning from France, led us to the identities of both owners: Dilawar Singh and Andreas Szakacs. 

Singh is cited as the co-owner of the company and is based out of Germany. Prior to creating OmegaPro, he was an ambassador for Omnia Tech. Omnia Tech was also a Ponzi scheme. 

Because OmegaPro started right after Omnia Tech’s collapse, we have reason to believe that this is a continuation of the scheme. 

Meanwhile, Szakacs operates out of Dubai but has no notable MLM experience at this time of writing. 

OmegaPro Product Line

OmegaPro offers no retail products or services, which is a strict requirement if you’re operating a MLM in any country. 

You are only investing your money to take part in their income opportunity.

Does The Product Work?

At the heart of it all, OmegaPro is your typical MLM cryptocurrency scam. It claims that it generates external ROI via trading of indices, stocks, and cryptocurrencies. But there’s no proof or evidence that all of this is being done. 

They also don’t provide any evidence on their website that they’re allowed to perform these financial transactions. You see, to carry out these financial transactions, the company has to be registered and authorized to operate with the country’s financial regulatory agencies. For example, if they operated in the USA, they would have to be registered with the SEC or Securities and Exchange Commission. 

So what happens here is that they are also committing securities fraud, which could land you some jail time if you do promote this company and make money out of people. 

Needless to say, the only way that this company makes money is through the new member investments. These investments are cycled through the top tier and work their way downwards. As long as you remain on the bottom tier, you will never be able to get a slice of the pie. This is where recruitment becomes crucial. Your first move in a Ponzi scheme is to make sure that you’re not at the bottom of the pyramid. 

And just like any other Ponzi scheme, OmegaPro will collapse once the recruitment has stopped.

How To Make Money with OmegaPro?

There is only one way to make money from OmegaPro and that’s through recruiting people. You make money off of various recruitment commissions promised by their compensation plan. 

How To Get Started with OmegaPro?

OmegaPro offers free membership but does not guarantee you a spot in the income opportunity. You need to pay out a $29 fee plus a minimum investment of $100. The maximum investment is $15,000. 

We don’t know where this $29 is being used for, or what this entails members if they pay it. 

OmegaPro Compensation Plan

At the root of their compensation plan is the promised ROI commission that the company offers, along with various recruitment commissions. 

You’re promised a total of 200% ROI after 16 months in the business. 

There are 8 levels in which you can earn from this company: 

Start-Up Level – This level costs $100. You make a 200% ROI in 16 months.

Basic Trader Level – This level costs $500. You make a 200% ROI in 16 months.

Light Trader Level – This level costs $1000. You make a 200% ROI in 16 months.

Pro Trader Level – This level costs $3000. You make a 200% ROI in 16 months.

Advanced Trader Level – This level costs $5000. You make a 200% ROI in 16 months.

Tycoon Trader Level – This level costs $8000. You make a 200% ROI in 16 months.

Premium Trader Level – This level costs $10,000. You make a 200% ROI in 16 months.

Master Trader Level – This level costs $15,000. You make a 200% ROI in 16 months.

Once you cash out, you’re required to reinvest 30% of your daily returns.

Sponsorship Commissions

There are different commissions when you personally refer someone to make an investment. When they invest into one of the levels, you earn 5% of the investments made. 

Residual Income Commissions

This is earned through your team built by your personally referred members and their recruits. This follows a binary compensation structure, where two personally recruited members are placed on your right and left leg, marked as the first level. Their recruits are placed on their legs and are your second level. And this goes on infinitely. You earn a commission from these levels and these are paid out every week. 

Leadership Pool Commissions

OmegaPro offers a company-wide commission pool that you can join in and earn up to 3% of that pool. The commissions are split with everyone that qualifies, earning up to 1% from these pools. 

Virtual Lottery Mystery Bonus?

We don’t know much about this bonus because it’s not listed on their site, but you’ll need to reinvest 10% of your commissions from your ROI to qualify.

OmegaPro Ugly Truths Revealed!

#1 obvious ponzi scheme.

The main source of income for the program comes from recruiting people. There’s no incentive to sell products or services because there’s none to begin with. If you were to follow FTC guidelines and its counterparts, then this makes OmegaPro a Ponzi scheme. 

There’s no way to prove that OmegaPro is a legitimate company too. 

#2 Securities Fraud

OmegaPro is also committing securities fraud on the account that it promises ROI, investments, and passive income. 

They have to be authorized by financial regulators to carry out these transactions. You can also do a quick search on SEC or any government database that handles these registrations to check on their legitimacy.

What I Like About OmegaPro?

There’s nothing to like about OmegaPro. It’s nothing more than a Ponzi scheme.

Is OmegaPro a Scam?

OmegaPro isn’t a legitimate MLM company and we’re confident that it’s a Ponzi scheme. At best, its red flags are too obvious and that there’s a lot of things wrong with the program. 

The incentives are focused on recruitment and not much else. You don’t make any money if you don’t recruit people. That’s what makes it a Ponzi scheme. 

It commits securities fraud because it promises passive income and investments on behalf of its members. They need to be registered with financial regulators before they can carry out such activities. 

This program is 100% bad news and 100% scam. Stay away from it.

Currency trading, especially in the Foreign Exchange (FOREX) market is booming, and Omegapro is one of the brokers that are playing a big part.

Over the last couple of months, questions have been raised concerning the legality of the transactions facilitated by Omegapro.

As a concerned financial analyst, I deemed it important to put together this Omegapro forex review to explain the true position of things so you don’t end up losing more money than you make.

As you know, the forex market is volatile, and a lot of scams are out there. So, take your time to read this concise Omega MLM review to find out the good and the bad sides of using Omegapro.

OmegaPro Review: What is Omegapro All About?

Omegapro is a UK-based CFD brokerage that allows you to earn passive income in the Foreign Exchange (FOREX) market.

Is Omegapro Legit?

A lot of questions have been asked about the legality of earning passive income or actively trading in the global financial market via Omegapro.

One would expect to see the MetaTrader 4 Trading Platform, which is by far adjudged one of the best terminals for Forex trading.

Instead, Omegapro replaced MetaTrader 4 with a web-based trading platform so you can start trading via its website.

Besides, the legality of this broker is once questioned because of the absence of the demo account option to help you master the Forex market.

However, Omegapro makes up for that by providing a variety of trading tools you may want to use to advance your trades.

• Advanced charts

Such high-interest rates could be a pointer to a Ponzi scheme that takes money from one party and pays the other.

• Advanced Trader – $5000
• Tycoon Trader – $8000
• Premium Trader – $10,000

So, is Omegapro truly a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) platform or sorts?

Omega pro has a referral based system like a MLM system.

However some of the users complain about they have to wait for many days before they could access their funds.

The scheme run by Omegapro is run in a way that it depends on the new users to fund or add money to their accounts so that the previous users cum investors can be paid.

With this pattern of payouts, it is easier to discern that Omegapro depends on the money they get from deposits.

That goes a long way to explain the delays some of the investors experience when they want to withdraw their earnings.

Thus, when there are no new deposits on the Omega Forex trading platform, it may likely signal the end of the road for investors.

Is Omegapro a Scam?

In this omegapro review, it is also pertinent to address this question because some traders appear to have made some money from Omegapro while some seem to be licking their wounds.

There are several concerns you should be aware of when considering Omegapro.

Some of them include:

1.     Anonymity

Omegapro is yet to do a great job of earning the confidence of some investors because the platform is shrouded in mystery.

From the identity of the Omegapro CEO to the inability to adhere to strict financial regulations, Omegapro is more of an anonymous investment platform.

It is not yet clear who the owner of Omegapro is because two names are in contention. The supposed owners are:

• Dilawar Singh and
• Andreas Szakacs

Also, the supposed company registration number (25857BC2020) didn’t return a favorable result after several searches were run on multiple databases.

2.     Difficulty to Withdraw

After depositing money into your Omegapro account, you may want to withdraw it later.

However, this is the point where the legitimacy of this Forex broker is questioned.

According to feedback from some users, you might find it difficult to withdraw your money because the option to do that is either missing or not available when you want to withdraw.

The system has been designed to keep postponing your withdrawal timeframe until you run out of time file for a chargeback with your bank to get back your money.

3.     Scam Alert

Already, CNMV, a Spanish financial regulator raised an alarm that Omegapro is not genuine because the company isn’t licensed to provide financial services.

I am highly disappointed in you Adebusoye. You just cooked up a bunch of lies about omegapro. And in the end you refer people to your own company Immeri as number 1.

This is very shameful and you have lost my respect. Professionals like Ray Hidgon, Eric Worre, John Melton etc would never stoop so low as to bad mouth another company and prop up their own.

That’s the problem with many of our people.

There is not 1 person that has made a withdrawal in Omegapro and not gotten their money.

This post is designed to grab other people into your own company… Very unethical!

Every MLM is a big risk, people are cashing out from Omegapro just like we cashed out and lost from some previous MLM. Even authentic investment fails sometimes, so i believe omegapro would fall one day, but some guys would have cashed out earlier!
