করে ১ বছর পর পরিশােধ করবে। অর্থের সময়মূল্য ধারণা অনুসারে আজকরে ১০০০ টাকা আর এক বছর পরে ১০০০ টাকা সমান মূল্য বহন করে না। ধর, সুদের হার শতকরা ১২ ভাগ অর্থাৎ তুমি যদি জনতা ব্যাংকে আজকে ১০০০ টাকা জমা রাখ, তবে আগামী বছর ব্যাংক তােমাকে ১১০০ টাকা দেবে। সুতরাং আজকের ১০০০ টাকা এবং আগামী বছরের ১১০০ টাকার সমান মূল্য বহন করে। উপযুক্ত আলােচনার পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে বলা যায়

• ক. বর্তমানে প্রাপ্ত অর্থ ভবিষ্যতে প্রাপ্ত অর্থের চেয়ে বেশি মূল্যবান
• খ, বর্তমানে প্রাপ্ত অর্থ নির্দিষ্ট সুদের হারে বিনিয়ােগ করা যায়
• গ, বর্তমানে প্রাপ্ত অর্থ ও ভবিষ্যতে প্রাপ্ত অর্থের পার্থক্যের কারণ হলাে সুদের হার। সুতরাং অর্থের সময়মূল্য বলতে সময়ের পরিবর্তনের সাথে সাথে অর্থের মূল্যের যে হ্রাস বা বৃদ্ধি পায় তাকে বুঝায়।

অর্থের ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য ও চক্রবৃদ্ধি প্রক্রিয়া:

ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য বলতে বর্তমানে একটি নির্দিষ্ট পরিমাণ অর্থ কোন ব্যাংক অথবা অন্য কোন সম্পদে নির্দিষ্ট হয়ে | বিনিয়ােগ করলে ভবিষ্যৎ একটি নির্দিষ্ট সময় পরে যে নগদ অর্থ পাওয়া যায় তাকে বুঝায়। ভবিষ্যমূল্য নির্ধারণ আর প্রক্রিয়াকে চক্রবৃদ্ধিকরণ প্রক্রিয়া বলা হয়। যেমন: জনাব সালাম আজকে সােনালী ব্যাংকের সঞ্চয়ী হিসাবে শতকরা ৮% সুদে ১,০০০ টাকা জমা রেখেছে। ৫ বছর শেষে সে কত টাকা ফেরত পাবে? জনাব হাসান আজ থেকে ৭ বছর ৪ ৬০,০০০ টাকা দিয়ে একটি ল্যাপটপ ক্রয় করতে চান। সুদের হার ১০% হলে তাকে বর্তমানে কত টাকা ব্যাংকে জমা রাখতে হবে? ইত্যাদি অর্থের ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্যের উদাহরণ।

জনাব রুস্তম আজকে ১০০ টাকা সােনালী ব্যাংকে শতকরা ১০ সুদে জমা রেখেছে ।১ বছর পর ব্যাংক তাকে দেবে | ১১০ টাকা। অর্থাৎ সুদের হার শতকরা ১০ ভাগ হলে আজকের ১০০ টাকা, এক বছর পরের ১১০ টাকা এবং ২ বছর পরের ১২১ টাকা সমান মূল্য বহন করে। এই ১০০ টাকাকে বর্তমান বলে বলে এবং ১১০ ও ১২১ টাকাকে ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য বলে। বর্তমান মূল্য জানা থাকলে নিম্নের সূত্রের সাহায্যে ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য নির্ণয় করা যায়: [ সূত্র ২ : ভবিষ্যত মূল্য (FV) = PV (1+i) 0

• এখানে, FV= ভবিষ্যত মূল্য
• PV = বর্তমান মূল্য 
• i= সুদের হার 
• n= সময় বা মেয়াদকাল

সুতরাং ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য নির্ধারণের জন্য উপযুক্ত উদাহরণে যে প্রক্রিয়াটি ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে, তাকে চক্রবৃদ্ধিকরণ পদ্ধতি বলে। এখানে, এক বছর পরে ৫,৫০০ টাকা ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্যের মধ্যে আসল ৫,০০০ টাকা ও সুদ ১০% হারে সুদের পরিমাণ ৫০০ টাকা। একই ভাবে দ্বিতীয় বছর পরে সুদের পরিমাণ আরও ৫০০ টাকা হলে দ্বিতীয় পরে ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য হওয়া উচিত ৬,০০০ টাকা কিন্তু দ্বিতীয় বছর পরে ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য হয়েছে ৬,০৫০ টাকা। এর কারণ দ্বিতীয় বছরের শুরুতে আসল ধরা হয় ৫,৫০০ টাকা এবং তাতে করে দ্বিতীয় বছরে ১০% হারে সুদ হয় ৫৫০ টাকা। এভাবে প্রথম বছরের সুদাসলকে দ্বিতীয় বছরের আসল ধরে তার উপর দ্বিতীয় বছরের সুদ ধার্য করার প্রক্রিয়াকে চক্রবৃদ্ধিকরণ পদ্ধতি বলে। চক্রবৃদ্ধিকরণ পদ্ধতিতে প্রতিবছর সুদাসলের উপর সুদ ধার্য করে ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য নির্ণয় করা হয়। অর্থাৎ সুদ আসলের উপর যে সুদ প্রদান করা হয় তাকে চক্রবৃদ্ধি সুদ বলে

অর্থায়ন মূলত অর্থ বা তহবিল ব্যবস্থাপনা নিয়ে কাজ করে থাকে। কোন উৎস হতে কী পরিমাণ, কতটুকু তহবিল সংগ্রহ করে, কোথায় কীভাবে বিনিয়ােগ করা হলে কারবারে সর্বোচ্চ মুনাফ হবে, অর্থায়ন সেই সং্রান্ত পরিকল্পনা প্রণয়ন ও বাস্তবায়ন করে। একটি ব্যবসায় প্রতিষ্ঠানের ক্ষেত্রে মালামাল বা পণ্য ক্রযকিক্রয় থেকে অর্থের আগমন ও নির্গমন হয। কারবারে মালামাল প্রস্তুত ও ক্রয় করার জন্য বিভিন্ন ধরনের তহবিলের প্রয়ােজন হয়। উদাহরণ হিসেবে বলা যায়- মেশিন ক্রয় বাবদ খরচ, কাঁচামাল ক্রয় বাবদ খরচ, শ্রমিকদের মজুরি প্রদান ইত্যাদি অর্থায়নের উল্লেখ্যযােগ্য কয়েকটি উদাহরণ।

তহবিলের এই প্রয়ােজন অনুযায়ী পরিকল্পনা মাফিক তহবিল সংগ্রহ করতে হয়, যেন উৎপদন প্রক্রিয়া অব্যাহত থাকে। অর্থায়ন বলতে তহবিল সংগ্রহ ও ব্যবহার সংক্রান্ত এই প্রক্রিয়াগুলােকেই বুঝায়। যেমন-

আমাদের গ্রামে কোন দর্ডির দোকানে গেলে দেখতে পাই যে, একজন বা দুজন সেলাই মেশিনে কাপড় সেলাই করছে। আবার কেউ কাপড় কাটছে বা বােতাম সেলাই করছে। ফলে একটি দর্ডের দোকানের মালিককে তার এই কার্যপ্রক্রিয় সঠিকভাবে চালিয়ে নিতে সেলাই মেশিন ক্রয়, সুতা, বােতাম, কাঁচি ইত্যাদি প্রয়ােজনীয় যন্ত্রপতি ও উপকরণ পরিমাণমতাে ক্রয করতে হয়। ব্যবসার শুরুতে সাধারণত এসব ক্রয়ের জন্য প্রয়ােজনীয়

তহবিল সে তার নিজস্ব মূলধন ব্যবহার করে নির্বাহ করে। পরিশেষে বলা যায় যে, একটি অর্থায়ন ব্যবস্থাপনা হলাে এমন একটি প্রক্রিয়া যা কোন ব্যবসা-প্রতিষ্ঠানের আর্থিক তহবিলের সামগ্রিক কার্য প্রক্রিয়ার একটি অন্যতম ধাপ। আজকাল কার দিনের প্রতিযােগিতামূলক মুক্তবাজার ব্যবস্থায় মুনাফা অর্জনের জন্য প্রতিটি সরকারি, বেসরকারি, আন্তর্ভাতিক ব্যবসা প্রতিষ্ঠানকে গুরুত্বের সাথে পূর্ব-পরিকল্পনা মাফিক অর্থায়ন করতে হয়। নিচে কারবারি অর্থায়নের গুরুত্ব তুলে পরা হলাে।

১) ব্যবসায়িক মূলধন-সংকট:

বাংলাদেশ একটি উন্নয়নশীল দেশ বলে আর্থিক সংকট ব্যবসা প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলাের জন্য একটি নিত্য নৈমিত্তিক ঘটনা। এই সংকটের জন্য কারবারী প্রতিষ্ঠান সুচারুরূপে পরিচালনা করা একটি কঠিন কাজ। উদাহরণ স্বরপ বলা যায় যে, একটি প্রতিষ্ঠানের কঁচামাল কেনার প্রয়ােজন। কিন্তু অর্থসংকটের জন্য সে যদি যথাসময়ে উপযুক্ত পরিমাণে কাঁচামাল কিনতে অপারগ হয়, তাহলে প্রতিষ্ঠানটির উৎপাদন প্রক্রিয়া ব্যাহত হতে পারে।

২) অনগ্রসর ব্যাংকিং ব্যবস্থা:

অনেক সময় ব্যাংক ঋণের বিপরীতে যে সম্পত্তি বন্ধক রাখতে হয়, তার অপ্রতুলতার কারণে ব্যাংক ঋণ উপযুক্ত সময়ে ও যথার্থ পরিমাণে পাওয়া যায় না। ফলে ব্যবসায়ীদের অর্থসংকট সমস্যা মােকাবিলা করার জন্য খুবই পরিকল্পিতভাবে অর্থের সংস্থান করতে হয় এবং সঠিক বিনিয়ােগ সিদ্ধান্তের মাধ্যমে অর্থের লাভজনক ব্যবহার প্রয়ােজন হয়।

৩) স্বল্প শিক্ষিত উদ্যোক্তা:

বাংলাদেশের বেশির ভাগ ক্ষুদ্র প্রতিষ্ঠানের উদ্যাক্তারা স্বল্পশিক্ষিত। ফলে তারা একটি দীর্ঘমেয়াদি পরিকল্পনার মাধ্যমে অর্থায়ন কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করতে পারে না। এতে করে অনেক লাভজনক প্রতিষ্ঠান উপযুক্ত আর্থিক পরিকল্পনার অভাবে আর্থিক সংকটে সুষ্ঠভাবে চল তে পারে না এবং অবশেষে নাভের বদনে ক্ষতির সম্মুখীন হয়।

৪) উৎপাদনমুখী বিনিয়ােগ ও জাতীয় আয়:

একটি সফল বিনিয়ােগ জাতীয় আয় বৃদ্ধিতে প্রত্যক্ষ ভূমিকা রাখে। অর্থায়ন বিষয়ক জ্ঞানের প্রয়ােগে একজন ব্যবসায়ী বিনিয়ােগের বিভিন্ন প্রকল্পগুলাের মধ্যে ভবিষ্যৎ আয়-ব্যয়ের সম্ভাব্যতা বিশ্লেষণ করে সবচেয়ে লাভজনক প্রকল্পটি বেছে নিতে পারেন। এই ধরনের লাভজনক বিনিয়ােগ কারবারটির জন্য ফেমন অর্থবহ তেমনি সারা দেশের অর্থনৈতিক উন্নয়নের জন্যও বিশেষ গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। পরিশেষে বলা যায় যে, উপরােক্ত বিষয়গুলাে কারবারি অর্থাযনে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করে।

আয় সিদ্ধান্ত বা অর্থায়ন সিদ্ধান্ত ও ব্যয় সিদ্ধান্ত বা বিনিয়ােগ সিদ্ধান্ত আর্থিক ব্যবস্থাপকের জন্য সর্বাপেক্ষা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। এছাড়া আর্থিক ব্যবস্থাপককে আরাে কিছু সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে হয়, যেমন-

ক) কী পরিমাণে কাঁচামাল ক্রয বা প্রতিষ্ঠানের জন্য উপযােগি এবং সেই অর্থ কোথা থেকে সংগ্রহ করা যাবে- এ সংক্রান্ত সিদ্ধান্তকে চলতি বিয়ােগ সিদ্ধান্ত বলে।

খ) দৈনন্দিন প্রয়ােজন নির্বাহ করার জন্য কী পরিমাণ নগদ অর্থ রাখা উচিত, সেটাও একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সিদ্ধান্ত।

গ) যেসব উৎস থেকে তহবিল সংগ্রহ করা হয়েছে, তাদের প্রাপ্য প্রদান করা আরেকটি সিদ্ধান্ত।

ব্যাংক ঋণ ও অন্যান্য ঋণ যেমন- বস্ড, ডিবেঞ্চার ইত্যাদির মাধ্যমে তহবিন সংগৃহীত হলে যথাসময়ে নির্দিষ্ট পরিমাণ সুদ প্রদান করার সিদ্ধান্ত আর্থিক ব্যবস্থাপকের একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ দায়িত্ব। একইভাবে শেয়ার বিক্রযের মাধ্যমে সহীত তহবিলের ক্ষেত্রে প্রত্যাশিত হারে মুনাফা অর্জন ও লভ্যাংশবন্টন ও আর্থিক ব্যবস্থাপকের জন্য গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিবেচ্য বিষয়।

• অর্থের সময় মূল্য ধারণা ব্যাখ্যা করতে পারবে।
• বর্তমান মূল্য ও ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্যের মধ্যে সম্পর্ক নির্ণয় করতে পারবে।
• অর্থের ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য নির্ধারণ করে বিনিয়োগ সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে পারবে।

অ্যাসাইনমেন্ট প্রণয়নের ক্ষেত্রে নিম্নোক্ত বিষয়গুলোর যথাযথ ব্যাখ্যা ও নির্ধারিত সমস্যা যথাযথ সমাধান বিবেচনায় নিতে হবে।

• সমস্যাঃ  একজন চাকরিজীবী জমি বিক্রয় করে 10 লক্ষ টাকা পেলেন। তিনি 5 বছরের জন্য টাকাগুলো 2 টি ব্যাংকে রাখতে চান। একটি ব্যাংকের 6 লক্ষ টাকা এবং অন্য ব্যাংকে 4 লক্ষ টাকা রাখবেন। এজন্য X ও Y দুটি ব্যাংকে যোগাযোগ করলে এক্স ব্যাংক 9℅ চক্রবৃদ্ধি মুনাফা এবং Y ব্যাংক 8.50% সপ্তাহিক চক্রবৃদ্ধি মুনাফা দিতে চায়। এমতাবস্থায় কোন ব্যাংকে কত টাকা রাখলে অধিক লাভবান হবেন তা নিয়ে তিনি সিদ্ধান্তহীনতায় ভুগছেন। তারও বিনিয়োগ সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণের জন্য তোমাকে যৌক্তিক পরামর্শ দিতে হবে।

ফিন্যান্সের দৃষ্টিতে সময়ের সাথে সাথে অর্থের মূল্য পরিবর্তিত হয় অর্থাৎ এখনকার ৫০ টাকা আর পাচ

বছর পরের ৫০ টাকা সমান মূল্য বহন করে না।এখন কার ৫০ টাকা অধিকতর মূল্যবান। এটাই অর্থের সময় মূল্যের ধারণা। মনে করি,আমি আমার বন্ধুর কাছে ৫০ টাকা পাই। এমতাবস্থায় আমার বন্ধু বললাে এখন সে ৫০ টাকা পরিশােধ না করে ১ বছর পর পরিশােধ করবে। অর্থের সময় মূল্য বলে যে,এখনকার ৫০ টাকা আর এক বছর পরের ৫০ টাকা সমান মন বহন করে না।

অর্থের ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য ও চক্রবৃদ্ধিকরণ প্রক্রিয়াঃ

বর্তমান মূল্য জানা থাকলে ১নং সূত্র ব্যবহার করে ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য বের করা যায়। বাসরিক মেয়াদ সূত্র -১: ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য (FV) = বর্তমান মূল্য (১+ সুদের হার) এখানে FV হচ্ছে Future Value বর্তমানের ১০০ টাকার ১ বছর পরের ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য = ১০০ (১+০.১০) = ১০০ x ১.১০ = ১১০ টাকা বর্তমানের ১০০ টাকার ২ বছর পরের ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য = ১০০ (১+০.১০) = ১০০ X ১.২১ = ১২১ টাকা

ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য নির্ধারণের জন্য উপরিউক্ত উদাহরণে যে প্রক্রিয়াটি ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে, তাকে বলা হয় চক্রবৃদ্ধিকরণ পদ্ধতি।

এখানে লক্ষণীয় যে এক বছর পরে ১১০ টাকা ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্যের মধ্যে আসল ১০০ টাকা ও সুদ ১০ % হারে ১০ টাকা।

একই ভাবে দ্বিতীয় বছর আরও ১০ টাকা সুদ হলে দ্বিতীয় বছরে ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য হওয়া উচিত ১২০ টাকা কিন্তু দ্বিতীয় বছরের ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য হয়েছে ১২১ টাকা এর কারণ দ্বিতীয় বছরের শুরুতে আসল ধরা হয় ১১০ টাকা এবং তাতে করে দ্বিতীয় বছরে ১০ % হারে সুদ হয় ১১ টাকা।

The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has published the SSC Finance Assignment 2022 on dshe.gov.bd. Students can now check the assignment question in the week-by-week answer section below. Recently, The 4th Week Assignment has been published by DSHE.

The SSC Finance and Banking Assignment Solutions will now be used by DSHE to evaluate students. As a result, students are unable to ignore the Assignment Work. They must create the best possible assignment solutions. They will receive marks for their assignment solutions. It will be included in the 2022 SSC Result.

The assignment’s primary goal is to prepare students for the final exam of the Bangladesh Secondary School Certificate Examination.

Due to the COVID-19 Corona Virus, students’ syllabus for SSC Finance and Banking subjects has been Shorten. In addition, DSHE will publish the assignment work every week in accordance with the syllabus.

Four chapters have been removed from the Finance and Banking curriculum. Assignment Work: বিনিয়োগ সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণে অর্থের ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্যের ভূমিকা নিরূপণ করো।

সমস্যাঃ  একজন চাকরিজীবী জমি বিক্রি করে ১০লাখ টাকা পেলেন। তিনি ৫ বছর  এর জন্য টাকাগুলো দুটি ব্যাংকে রাখতে চান। একটি ব্যাংকে ৬ লাখ টাকা এবং অন্য একটি ব্যাংকে ৪ লক্ষ  টাকা রাখবেন । 

এজন্য X ও Y দুটি ব্যাংকে যোগাযোগ করলে X ব্যাংক ৯% চক্রবৃদ্ধি মুনাফা এবং Y ব্যাংক ৮.৫০% সাপ্তাহিক চক্রবৃদ্ধি মুনাফা দিতে চায়। 

 মতাবস্থায় কোন ব্যাংকে কত টাকা রাখলে অধিক লাভবান হবেন তা নিয়ে সিদ্ধান্তহীনতায় ভুগছেন। তার  বিনিয়োগ সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণের জন্য তোমাকে যৌক্তিক পরামর্শ দিতে হবে । 

অর্থের সময় মূল্য ধারনাঃ 

ফিন্যান্স এর দৃষ্টিতে সময়ের সাথে সাথে অর্থের মূল্য  পরিবর্তিত হয় অর্থাৎ এখনকার ১০০ টাকা আর পাঁচ বছর পরের ১০০ টাকা সমান মূল্য বহন করে না।এখনকার ১০০ টাকা অধিকতর মূল্যবান।  এটাই অর্থের সময় মূল্য ধারণা।  অর্থের সময় মূল্য এর মূল কারণ সুদের হার। 

মনে করে আমি আমার বন্ধুর কাছে ১০০ টাকা পাই,  এমতাবস্থায় সে বলল ১০০ টাকা এখন না পরিশোধ করে বছর পর পরিশোধ করবে।  অর্থের সময় মূল্য বলে যে এখনকার ১০০ টাকা এবং আগামী বছরের ১১০ টাকা মূল্য অনুযায়ী সমান মূল্য বহন করে। 

অর্থের ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য ও চক্রবৃদ্ধি করণ প্রক্রিয়াঃ 

বর্তমান মূল্য জানা থাকে একনং সূত্র ব্যবহার করে ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য বের করা যায়। 

সূত্র ১ঃ  ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য (FV)= বর্তমান মূল্য (১+  সুদের হার) বাৎসরিক মেয়াদ

এখানে (FV) হচ্ছে Future Value 

বর্তমানের ১০০ টাকায ১ বছর পরের ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য= ১০০ (১+০.১০)১

= ১১০ টাকা। 

বর্তমানে ১০০ টাকার ২ পরের ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য= ১০০ (১+০.১০) ২

= ১২১ টাকা। 

ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য নির্ধারণের জন্য উপরোক্ত উদাহরণে যে প্রক্রিয়াটি ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে,  তাকে চক্রবৃদ্ধি করণ পদ্ধতি। এখানে লক্ষণীয় যে এক বছর পরে ১১০ টাকা ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্যের মধ্যে আসলো ১০০ টাকাও সুদ ১০% হারে ১০ টাকা। একইভাবে দ্বিতীয় বছর আরো 10 টাকা সুদ হলে  ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য হওয়া উচিত 120 টাকা কিন্তু দ্বিতীয়  বছর ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য হয়েছে 121 টাকা।  এর কারণ দ্বিতীয় বছরের শুরুতে আসল  ধরা হয় 110 টাকা এবং তাতে করে দ্বিতীয় বছরে 10% হারে সুদ হয় 11 টাকা। 

 এভাবে প্রথম বছরের সুদ আসল কে দ্বিতীয় বছরে আসল ধরে তার ওপর দ্বিতীয় বছরের ধার্য করার প্রক্রিয়াকে বলা হয় চক্রবৃদ্ধি করণ পদ্ধতি। চক্রবৃদ্ধি করণ পদ্ধতিতে  প্রতিবছর সুদ আসলের ওপর সুদ দাহ্য করে ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য নির্ধারণ করা হয়।  অর্থাৎ সুদ আসলের ওপর  যে সুদ প্রদান করা হয় তাকে চক্রবৃদ্ধি সুদ বলা হয়।  কিন্তু সরল সুদের ক্ষেত্রে কেবল আসলের উপর সুদ গণনা করা হয়। 

বার্ষিক চক্রবৃদ্ধিকরণ ও বছরে একাধিক চক্রবৃদ্ধিকরণ করে অর্থের ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য নির্ণয়ঃ 

কখনো কখনো বছরে একাধিকবার চক্রবৃদ্ধি হতে পারে।  যেমনঃ  ব্যাংকে টাকা রাখলে মাসিক ভিত্তিতে চক্রবৃদ্ধি হয়।  অর্থাৎ বছরের 12 বার চক্রবৃদ্ধি হয়।  সে ক্ষেত্রে সূত্রটিকে দুটি পরিবর্তন করতে হবে।বছরে যদি বারবার চক্রবৃদ্ধি হয়,  তাহলে প্রশত  সুদের হার কে 12 দিয়ে ভাগ করতে হবে এবং দ্বিতীয়ত মেয়াদকেও  12 দিয়ে গুণ করতে হবে।  একটি উদাহরণের মাধ্যমে সূত্রটির প্রয়োগ দেখানো হলো। 

 উদাহরণঃ  যদি তুমি 10% চক্রবৃদ্ধি সুদে 100 টাকা ব্যাংকে জমা রাখ এবং তুমি জানো বছরে ১২ বার চক্রবৃদ্ধি হবে,  তবে এক বছর পর তুমি কত টাকা পাবে?  এর সমাধানের জন্য তোমাকে নিচের সূত্রটি ব্যবহার করতে হবে। 

সূ্ত্রঃ 

ধারণা,  যদি তুমি আজকে 100 টাকা ব্যাংকে জমা রাখ তাহলে এক বছর পরে তুমি 110.৪৬ টাকা পাবে।  অর্থাৎ তুমি ১১০.৪৬- ১০০= ১০.৪ ৬ টাকা বেশি পাবে । 

কোন ব্যাংকে কত টাকা জমা রাখলে তিনি অধিক লাভবান হবেন এই বিষয়ে পরামর্শ

 আমরা জানি  বার্ষিকচক্রবৃদ্ধি ক্ষেত্রে ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্য 

যেহেতু প্রথম অবস্থার ক্ষেত্রে পাঁচ  বছর পরে মোট মূল্য অপেক্ষা দ্বিতীয় অবস্থার ক্ষেত্রে পাঁচ বছর পরে  মোট মূল্য কম,  যেহেতু প্রথম অবস্থাতে অর্থাৎ x ব্যাংকে ৬ লাখ টাকা এবং y  ব্যাংকে ৪ লাখ টাকা জমা রাখলে তিনি অধিক লাভবান হবে।

Assignment Work: আর্থিক ব্যবস্থাপকের সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণের ক্ষেত্রে তার অর্থায়ন ব্যবস্থাপনা বিষয়ক জ্ঞান সহায়ক বিষয়টির যৌক্তিকতা নিরূপণ করো

অর্থায়নের ধারণা : অর্থায়ন তহবিল ব্যবস্থাপনা নিয়ে কাজ করে । কোন উৎস থেকে কী পরিমাণ তহবিল সংগ্রহ করে , কোথায় কীভাবে বিনিয়ােগ করা হলে কারবারে সর্বোচ্চ মুনাফা হবে , অর্থায়ন সেই সংক্রান্ত পরিকল্পনা প্রণয়ন ও বাস্তবায়ন করে । একটি ব্যবসা প্রতিষ্ঠানের ক্ষেত্রে মালামাল বিক্রয় থেকে অর্থের আগমন হয় । কারবারে মালামাল প্রস্তুত ও ক্রয় করার জন্য বিভিন্ন ধরনের তহবিলের প্রয়ােজন হয় । যেমন : মেশিনপত্র ক্রয় , কঁাচামাল ক্রয় , শ্রমিকদের মজুরি প্রদান ইত্যাদি । এগুলাে তহবিলের ব্যবহার । তহবিলের এই প্রয়োজন।

কারবারি অর্থায়নের গুরুত্ব : তীব্র যাগিতামূলক মুক্ত বাজারনীতিতে প্রতিটি ব্যবসায় প্রতিষ্ঠান অত্যন্ত সতকর্তার সাথে অর্থায়ন পরিকল্পনা করে থাকে । কারণ অর্থায়ন পরিকল্পনার উপরই একটি ব্যবসায় প্রতিষ্ঠানের লক্ষ্য অর্জন নির্ভরশীল । তাই বর্তমানে প্রতিটি প্রতিষ্ঠান যেমন- সরকারি , বেসরকারি ও আন্তর্জাতিক ব্যবসায় প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলাে বিশেষ গুরুত্বের সাথে পরিকল্পনা অনুযায়ী অর্থায়ন করে থাকে । কারণ , সুপরিকল্পিত ও দক্ষ অর্থায়ন ব্যবস্থাপনার কারণে একদিকে যেমন ঝুঁকি হ্রাস পায় , অন্যদিকে আয় বা মুনাফা বৃদ্ধি পায় । নিম্নোক্ত বিষয়সমূহ অর্থায়ন ব্যবস্থাপনাকে আরাে বেশি অর্থবহ করে তুলবে :

( ক ) মূলধন সংকট ( খ ) উৎপাদনমুখী বিনিয়ােগ ( গ ) ব্যাংকিং ব্যবস্থা ( ঘ ) শিক্ষিত উদ্যোক্তার অভাব ( ঙ ) স্বল্প মেয়াদি তহবিলের ব্যবহার

আর্থিক ব্যবস্থাপকের কার্যাবলী : আর্থিক ব্যবস্থাপকের কার্যাবলীকে নিম্নোক্তভাগে ভাগ করা যায় । যেমন ১. অর্থায়ন সিদ্ধান্ত ২. বিনিয়ােগ সিদ্ধান্ত ৩. অন্যান্য সিদ্ধান্ত / লভ্যাংশ বন্টন সিদ্ধান্ত

১. অর্থায়ন সিদ্ধান্ত : আর্থিক ব্যবস্থাপকের দ্বিতীয় কাজ হলাে প্রকল্পে ব্যবহারের জন্য প্রয়ােজনীয় অর্থের সংস্থান করা । অথাৎ , একটি প্রকল্পে বিনিয়ােগের জন্য কি পরিমাণ তহবিল প্রয়ােজন তা নির্ধারণ করা এবং কীভাবে সংগ্রহ করা হবে , কোন উৎস থেকে এবং কখন সংগ্রহ করব ঠিক করতে হবে । বিনিয়ােগের জন্য প্রয়ােজনীয় অর্থের কী পরিমাণ নিজস্ব মূলধন ( equity ) এবং কী পরিমাণ ঋণকৃত মূলধন ( debt capital ) থেকে সংস্থান করা হবে তা নির্ধারণ করাই হচ্ছে । এ সিদ্ধান্তের মূল প্রতিপাদ্য বিষয় ।

২. বিনিয়ােগ সিদ্ধান্ত : একজন আর্থিক ব্যবস্থাপকের সর্বপ্রথম কাজ হলাে লাভজনক বিনিয়ােগ প্রকল্প চিহ্নিত করা এবং ঐ প্রকল্পে বিনিয়ােগ সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ করা । অর্থাৎ , কোন কোন প্রকল্পে বা সম্পত্তিতে বিনিয়ােগ করলে প্রতিষ্ঠানের উদ্দেশ্য অর্জন সহজ হবে তা নির্ধারণ করা । সে

৩. লভ্যাংশ বণ্টন সিদ্ধান্ত : পরিকল্পিত ও গৃহীত প্রকল্পসমূহ বাস্তবায়নের মাধ্যমে কোম্পানি যে মুনাফা অর্জন করে , তা শেয়ার মালিকদের মধ্যে বন্টনের ব্যাপারে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সিদ্ধান্ত আর্থিক ব্যবস্থাপককে নিতে হয় । অর্থাৎ , অর্জিত মুনাফার সম্পূর্ণ না আংশিক শেয়ার মালিকদের মধ্যে বন্টন করা হবে , তা নির্ধারন করা আর্থিক ব্যবস্থাপককের কাজ ।

যদি কোম্পানির নিকট লাভজনক বিনিয়ােগ সুযােগ থাকে , তাহলে অর্থসংস্থান করার জন্য মুনাফার সম্পূর্ণ অংশ বন্টন না করে আংশিক বন্টন করা হয় । আংশিক মুনাফা বন্টন করা হলে শেয়ার মূল্যের উপর কি প্রভাব পড়তে পারে তা বিবেচনা কওে সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ করতে হয় । তাই কোম্পানির শেয়ার মালিকদের প্রত্যাশিত লভ্যাংশ ও ভবিষ্যতে বিনিয়ােগের সুযােগ সম্বন্ধে চিন্তাভাবনা করে অর্জিত মুনাফার যে অংশ মালিকদের মধ্যে বিতরণ করার সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ করা হয় , তাকে মুনাফা বন্টন হার ( Dividend payout ratio ) বলা হয়।

Ssc 2024 4th Weak Assignment Finance And Banking Answer

The Department of Secondary and Higher Education has released the fourth week assignment of students who want to participate in the 2024 SSC examination. This week, the students participating in the 2024 SSC exams from the Department of Business Education have been given a definite assignment on Finance and Banking Textbook Chapter 3: Money Time Value to Current Value of Money and the interdependence of investment decisions.
