Customer Satisfaction towards Reliance Jio Network

In May 2016, Jio launched a bundle of multimedia apps on Google play as part of its upcoming 4G services. While the apps are available to download for everyone, a user will require a Jio SIM card to use them. Additionally, most of the apps are in beta phase. The apps are My Jio, Jio TV, jio Chat Messenger, Jio Music, Jio 4GVoice, Jio Xpress News, Jio Security, Jio Drive, Jio Money Wallet. With the enrichment of technology, the consumer preference is changed from one person to another. For the purpose of satisfying consumers, Telecom industries are offering number of mobile phone networks and also provide cost free services to satisfy their customers. The study involves in analyzing the satisfaction of customer towards Jio network and the data is collected from 50 respondents with help of convenient sampling technique. The study suggests from its analysis to improve the network coverage and remove the calling congestion.

The purpose of the study is to analyse the impact of Reliance JIO on digital India and how it revolutionized the Indian telecommunication market. The Supporting data were collected from various demographic regions of India by questionnaire survey and group interviews; for getting customer feedback on the loyalty and impact on competitive brands. Few demographic reasons are also linked with the user service preference. The Study also analyses the role of government combined with Reliance JIO, towards the digitization of India.

The main objective of this research paper is to explore and investigate the product and service quality of Grameenphone Company of Bangladesh by analyzing the subscriber's response of Grameenphone. Grameenphone is the most leading mobile phone company in Bangladesh. This Research paper helps this company as well as other mobile phone company to evaluate their position in the competitive market. This paper has been used simple random sampling under the probability sampling method and used structured questionnaire for collecting information. This paper used SPSS statistical software package version 17 for statistical analysis and Chai-square (χ²) test to analyze the findings of the study. Major findings show that most of the product and service are effective to the GP's subscribers. Most of the respondents are agree that network coverage facilities, browsing speed, service charge, network facilities, recharge facilities, news & health care service, my zone facilities of Grameenphone are satisfactory level.

Mobile telecom sector in Bangladesh has reached at a desired level. Competition in this industry intensifies the urgency of making customer satisfied for corporate profitability and survival in a competitive marketplace. This study is conducted on 140 Grameenphone (GP) users in Bangladesh. The Study reveals that customer extended in respect of age, income, education. Major part of customers uses value added and multiple operators' service; therefore study indicates the urgency of customer satisfaction. The correlation with the factors leading to customer satisfaction found to be positive except network & signal coverage. Finally, multiple regression analysis indicates that GP's service innovativeness, service reliability, service competitiveness, customer demand fulfillment to be found significant and GP's service consistency, network & signal coverage, pricing policy, quality of the offering, value added service, contribution to society and brand value to be found insignificant for affecting customer satisfaction. On the basis of these findings; study concludes that customer satisfaction is a dynamic phenomenon. Maintaining desired level of customer satisfaction requires corporate proactive responsiveness in accessing, building & retaining satisfied customers for sustainable competitive advantages in market place.

Every company has its prime aim to Growth. With the changing times increase in competition has become their core competencies and has a competitive edge over others. Business matrices like Net sales, Profit (%) after tax,Total Income (Capitalization), Total Expenditures and level of satisfaction of the customers are important indicators representing the stand of companies in the market. A comparative analysis of the major telecom providers like Bharti AirtelLimited, Tata Communications Limited, Idea Cellular Limited, Reliance Communications Limited,Vodafone India Limited and Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL)and in India has been presented in this paper on the basis of secondary data which includes last five year Profit (%) after tax, Total Income and Total Expenditures. This data has been collected to measure the level of satisfaction (LOS) of the Indian telecommunication customers. This LOS was evaluated for various factors like network coverage; customer service,tariffrates, plan and accountability of bill. An empirical study has been done and conclusions have been brought out on the basis of the data collected though an online field surveyto achieve this objective. An online questionnaire was prepared and was distributed to mobile phone users viasocial networking sitesandemail for this purpose. The collected data was analysed with the help of prowess software. A sensitivity analysis was done to verify the significance of the factors considered for determining the LOS. In this paper, it was concluded that Bharti Airtel is the overall leader in all business matrices mentioned above.

A research study was conducted with an objective to understand consumer perception towards mobile value added services. Collected data was analyzed. In this article researcher highlights the impact of demographic variables on eight service quality dimensions. The outcome of this research provides diagnostic insight into how different demographic variables influences service quality dimensions in Mobile Value Added Services.

Using the SERVQUAL model a gap analysis was conducted to determine the difference between the perceived satisfaction of customers and their expectations, if any, on the service quality of mobile phone service providers. A total of 238 current mobile phone users of top five mobile phone service providers were participated in the study. The analysis was carried out based on the five dimensions of the SERVQUAL model, viz, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible aspects. The outcome of the study reveals that reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy had a positive influence on the customer attitude in terms of satisfaction and loyalty
