बास्केटबॉल पर निबंध (250 शब्द).

भारत में बहुत प्रकार के खेल खेले जाते हैं, जिनमें से बास्केटबॉल भी एक खेल है। यह बहुत जल्द ही लोकप्रिय हो गया है। एक बॉल को विपरीत दिशा में लगी बास्केट के माध्यम से खेला जाता है। इस खेल में 2 टीम होती है। जिनमें पांच पांच खिलाड़ी होते हैं। बास्केटबॉल का रंग नारंगी रंग का होता है। इसका कार्ट 28/15 मीटर का होता है और यह दो हिस्सों में विभाजित होता है। इन दोनों कार्ट में 10 फीट की ऊंचाई पर बास्केट लगी होती है, जिसमें उस बॉल को डालना होता है। उसका मुंह दोनों तरफ से खुला होता है। इस खेल की शुरुआत 1891 में हुई थी और 1892 में इस में महिलाओं ने भी भाग लिया था।

बॉस्कटबॉल जल्दी से लोकप्रिय होता खेल है जो कि बॉल और विपरीत दिशा में लगी बॉस्केट के माध्यम से खेला जाता है। बॉस्केटबाल में दो टीम होती है जिनमें 5-5 खिलाड़ी होते हैं। बॉस्कटबॉल नारंगी रंग की एक बॉल होती है। बॉस्केटबॉल का कॉर्ट 28 बटे 15 मीटर का होता है और कॉर्ट को लाईन से दो हिस्सों में विभाजित किया होता है। दोनों पालों में 10 फीट की ऊंचाई पर वॉस्केट लगी होती है जो दोनों तरफ से खुली होती है। बॉस्कटबॉल की शुरूआत 1891 में हुई थी और 1892 में महिलाओं ने भी इसमें भाग लेना शुरू कर दिया था।

माना जाता है कि मेरे प्रिय खेल क्रिकेट की शुरुआत इंग्लैंड से हुई थी तथा पहला अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मैच 16 वीं शताब्दी के बाद खेला गया था। सबसे पहला अंतरराष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट मैच 1844 में संयुक्त राज्य अमरीका और कनाडा के बीच हुआ। यह मैच न्यू जर्सी में खेला गया था। पहली बार प्रमुख अंग्रेज़ी पेशेवरों की टीम विदेश दौरे 1859 में रवाना हुई थी और पहली अंग्रेज़ी टीम ने वर्ष 1862 में ऑस्ट्रेलिया का दौरा किया था। इंग्लैंड पर्यटन टीम ने पूर्ण ऑस्ट्रेलियाई एकादश के विरुद्ध दो मैच ऑस्ट्रेलिया में 1877 में खेले, इन्ही टेस्ट मैचों से अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट की शुरुआत मानी जाती है।

भारत ने वर्ष 1932 में अपना पहला टेस्ट क्रिकेट इंग्लैंड के विरुद्ध खेला था। आज भारत इस खेल में 2 बार विश्वविजेता बन चुका है, पहली बार वर्ष 1983 में कपिल देव की कप्तानी में तथा उसके 28 वर्ष बाद वर्ष 2011 में महेंद्र सिंह धोनी की कप्तानी में। इसके अलावा भारत, महेंद्र सिंह धोनी की कप्तानी में ही पहले टी-20 विश्व कप, जो कि साल 2007 में आयोजित किया गया था, का विजेता बन चुका है।

कबड्डी का खेल मुख्य रूप से भारतीय उपमहाद्वीप में खेला जाता है। यह खेल भारत के साथ-साथ बांग्लादेश, नेपाल भूटान, पाकिस्तान, में भी खेला जाता है। बांग्लादेश में तो इसे राष्ट्रिय खेल का दर्जा प्राप्त हैं। ‘कबड्डी’ का नाम मूल रूप से उत्तर भारत में बोला जाता है, दक्षिण में इसे चेदुगुदु कहते है और पूर्व भारत में इसे हु तू तू कहते हैं।

कबड्डी में मूल रूप से 12 खिलाडी होते हैं जिसमें से सात खिलाडी कोर्ट में मौजूद होते हैं और 5 खिलाड़ी रिजर्व में होते हैं। यह एक कोर्ट में खेला जाता है जिसके मध्य में एक रेखा इसे विभक्त करती है, कबड्डी महासंघ के अनुसार यह कोर्ट 13X10 मीटर का होता है। कबड्डी की शुरुआत टॉस के साथ की जाती है, जो कप्तान टॉस जीतता है उसे कोर्ट की साइड चुनने और पहले रेड करने का मौका दिया जाता है।

साइड चुनने के बाद एक टीम का रेडर दूसरी टीम में रेड करने जाता है, यानी वह कबड्डी कबड्डी बोलते हुए दूसरी टीम के पाले में जाता है और दूसरी टीम के खिलाडियों को छूने का प्रयास करता है, जिसमे दूसरी टीम के स्टॉपर अर्थात खिलाडी उसे अपने आप को न छूने देने और उसे पकड़ने का प्रयास करते है, यदि रेडर खिलाडी को छु लेता है और अपने पाले में वापिस आ जाता है तो उसे एक अंक मिलता है और यदि स्टॉपर, रेडर को रोक लेते हैं तो उन्हें एक अंक प्राप्त होता है, यह खेल 20-20 मिनट के दो भागो में खेला जाता है, अंत में जो टीम सबसे अधिक अंक अर्जित कर लेती है उसे विजेता घोषित कर दिया जाता है।

कबड्डी का सबसे पहला विश्व कप वर्ष 2004 में आयोजित किया गया था, भारत इस खेल में पांच बार का विश्व विजेता है। इसे पिछले कुछ वर्षो में एशियाई खेलों में भी स्थान दिया गया है जिसकी वजह से जापान और उत्तर कोरिया जैसे देशो में इसकी लोकप्रियता बढ़ रही है।

मेरा प्रिय खेल पर निबंध (Essay on my favourite Game):  आज के युग में जब हम अपना अधिकतर समय पढाई पर केंद्रित करने का प्रयास करते नजर आते हैं और साथ ही अपना ज़्यादातर समय ऑनलाइन रह कर व्यतीत करना पसंद करते हैं, ऐसे में हमारे जीवन में खेलों का महत्व कई गुना बढ़ जाता है। खेल-कूद हमारे लिए केवल मनोरंजन का साधन ही नहीं, अपितु हमारे सर्वांगीण विकास का एक माध्यम भी हैं। हमारे जीवन में खेल उतना ही जरुरी है जितना पढाई करना। खेल खेलने से हमारा पूर्ण शारीरिक व्यायाम हो जाता है जिससे शरीर फुर्तीला बना रहता है। हम सभी को पंसदीदा खेल के लिए कुछ समय निकालना चाहिये, खेल हमारे शरीर को स्वस्थ रखता है। सभी का पसंदीदा खेल अलग-अलग होता है। किसी को फुटबॉल पसंद होता है, किसी को बास्केटबॉल, किसी को कबड्डी पसंद होता है तो किसी को बैडमिंटन। इस लेख में मेरा प्रिय खेल पर निबंध हिंदी में (Essay on my favourite Game in Hindi) लिखा गया है, जिसकी मदद से आप बेहतर तरीके से मेरे प्रिय खेल पर हिंदी में निबंध लिखना सीख पाएंगे, इसके लिए आपको इस लेख को पूरा पढ़ने की सलाह दी जाती है।

क्रिकेट प्रिय खेल कैसे बना (How cricket became a favorite sport)

क्रिकेट खेलने की प्रक्रिया क्या है (what is the process of playing cricket).

क्रिकेट के खेल खेलने की प्रक्रिया इस तरह है कि दोनों टीम में 11 -11 खिलाड़ी होते हैं और हर टीम में एक या दो एक्स्ट्रा खिलाड़ी भी रखे जाते हैं। अगर अचानक किसी खिलाड़ी को चोट लग जाए तो वह खिलाड़ी खेल सके। इस खेल की शुरुआत एक अंपायर द्वारा सिक्का उछालना इस प्रक्रिया के द्वारा की जाती है, जो भी टीम टॉस जीत जाती है। वह स्वयं निर्णय करती है कि उसे बैटिंग करनी है या फिर बॉलिंग। इसके पश्चात ही क्रिकेट का खेल शुरू किया जाता है। बल्लेबाज बल्ले से गेंद को ट्राई करके रन लेता है। उसके बाद चौका या छक्का मारकर रन लेता है। इस प्रक्रिया को बारी-बारी टीम के द्वारा किया जाता है। जब तक कि ओवर की समाप्ति नहीं हो जाती या कोई टीम आउट नहीं हो जाती तब तक इस प्रक्रिया को जारी रखा जाता है। यह खेल कई प्रकार का होता है। यह अंतरराष्ट्रीय पर खेला जाता है। सबसे पहले एक दिवसीय टेस्ट मैच होता है। कुछ वर्षों पहले T20 की शुरुआत की गई। इसके साथ ही कई विभिन्न ट्रॉफेयो का आयोजन होता रहता है।

क्रिकेट के मुख्य नियम (Basic rules of Cricket)

• सबसे पहले प्रत्येक टीम में 11 ग्यारह खिलाड़ी होना चाहिए।
• खेल को खुले व सूखे मैदान में खेला जाता है।
• मैदान के बीचो-बीच खेलने के लिए पिच बनाई जाती है, जिसके दोनों ओर तीन विकेट लगाए जाते हैं, दोनों विकेटों के बीच की दूरी बराबर होती है।
• बेड की चौड़ाई लगभग 4 पॉइंट 25 इंच होती है और लंबाई 38 इंच होती है।
• इसके दोनों और तीन स्टांप लगाए जाते हैं, हर स्टम्प की चौड़ाई 1 इंच होती है।
• एक ओवर में छह बॉल से की जाती हैं लेकिन अगर बॉल बाउंस या वाइट चली जाती है तो बल्लेबाजी करने वाली टीम को 1 रन मिल जाता है, इसके अलावा बॉल खेलने का मौका और मिलता है।
• एक अंतरराष्ट्रीय मैच में दो निर्णायक मैदान में होते हैं और एक निर्णायक मैदान से बाहर होता है। इनका निर्णय आखिरी निर्णय माना जाता है।
• खेल खेलते समय एक अंपायर जहां से गेंदबाजी होती है उस विकेट के पास खड़ा होता है और दूसरा एंपायर वहां पर खड़ा होता है, जहां से बल्लेबाजी की जाती है।
• यदि बल्लेबाज बॉल को बल्ले से मारता है और वह फॉल सीलिंग करने वाली टीम के सदस्य द्वारा कैच कर ली जाती है तो वह खिलाड़ी आउट हो जाता है।
• अगर बल्लेबाज अपनी क्रेज में नहीं होता तो गेंदबाजी करने वाली टीम पॉल को स्टंपर मार तो खिलाड़ी आउट हो जाता है।
• यदि गेंदबाज गेंद से विकेट पर हिट करता है और विकेट गिर जाता है तो उसे बोल्ड माना जाता है।

मेरे प्रिय खेल क्रिकेट (My Favorite Sport Cricket) के तीन फॉर्मेट लोकप्रिय हैं, जिसमें से पहला टेस्ट मैच है जो कि पांच दिवसीय होता है, इसमें 2 पारी प्रत्येक टीम को खेलने के लिए दी जाती है। इसके बाद एक दिवसीय मैच होता है जो कि अधिक लोकप्रिय है। इसमें प्रत्येक टीम को 50 ओवर खेलने होते है। इसके अलावा टी20 आज के समय में सबसे ज्यादा लोकप्रिय है। इस फॉर्मेट में प्रत्येक टीम को 20 ओवर खेलने का अवसर दिया जाता है। क्रिकेट में दो टीम्स खेलती हैं और प्रत्येक टीम में ग्यारह खिलाड़ी होते हैं। मेरे प्रिय खेल क्रिकेट (My Favorite Sport Cricket) की शुरुआत टॉस के साथ होती है जो यह टॉस जीतता है उसे निर्धारित करने का अवसर दिया जाता है कि वह बल्लेबाजी करेगा या गेंदबाजी। जो टीम सबसे अधिक रन बनाती है, उसे विजेता घोषित किया जाता है। मेरा प्रिय खेल क्रिकेट (My Favorite Sport Cricket) विश्व भर में पसंद किया जाता है। जब दो देशों के बीच मैच होता है, तो इस दौरान हर कोई अपने अपने देश के जीतने की कामना करता है।

मेरे प्रिय खेल क्रिकेट की शुरुआत इंग्लैंड से हुई थी तथा पहला अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मैच 16वीं शताब्दी के बाद खेला गया था। सबसे पहला अंतरराष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट मैच 1844 में संयुक्त राज्य अमरीका और कनाडा के बीच हुआ। यह मैच न्यू जर्सी में खेला गया था। पहली बार प्रमुख अंग्रेज़ी पेशेवरों की टीम विदेश दौरे 1859 में रवाना हुई थी और पहली अंग्रेज़ी टीम ने वर्ष 1862 में ऑस्ट्रेलिया का दौरा किया था। इंग्लैंड पर्यटन टीम ने पूर्ण ऑस्ट्रेलियाई एकादश के विरुद्ध दो मैच ऑस्ट्रेलिया में 1877 में खेले, इन्ही टेस्ट मैचों से अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट की शुरुआत मानी जाती है।

भारत ने साल 1932 में अपना पहला टेस्ट क्रिकेट इंग्लैंड के विरुद्ध खेला था। आज भारत क्रिकेट खेल में 2 बार विश्वविजेता बन चुका है, पहली बार साल 1983 में कपिल देव की कप्तानी में तथा उसके 28 वर्ष बाद साल 2011 में महेंद्र सिंह धोनी की कप्तानी में, इसके अलावा भारत, महेंद्र सिंह धोनी की कप्तानी में ही पहले टी-20 विश्व कप, जो कि साल 2007 में आयोजित किया गया था, का विजेता बन चुका है।

खेल हमारे मन और शरीर के विकास में बेहद ही महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं। खेलों के साथ अध्ययन एक व्यक्ति को समग्र विकास की ओर ले जाता है। हम देख सकते हैं कि स्कूलों में भी टाइम टेबल में एक सप्ताह के दौरान दो या तीन गेम की अवधि होती है, जिसमें पढ़ाई के साथ खेलों की आवश्यकता पर भी ध्यान दिया जाता है। खेल खेलने से हम स्वस्थ और तंदुरुस्त होते हैं।

खेल जो मैं खेलता हूँ

आमतौर पर मैं इंडोर खेल जैसे अपने घर पर कैरम, शतरंज और लूडो, आदि खेलता हूँ। मेरी बहनों के साथ इन खेलों को खेलना घर पर मेरा पसंदीदा टाइम-पास है। कभी-कभी हम मैच जीतने के बाद कुछ उपहार या जीत की कीमत भी तय करते हैं।

तमाम सभी खेलों में मेरा पसंदीदा खेल बैडमिंटन है। यह सर्दियों के दिनों की बात थी जब मेरी माँ हमें सुबह जल्दी उठकर टहलने और पढ़ाई करने के लिए बुलाती थी। चूंकि मैं सुबह पढ़ाई नहीं कर सकता था इसलिए मैंने सुबह बैडमिंटन खेलने का फैसला किया। यह मेरे लिए खुद को स्वस्थ रखने का एक बेहतरीन व्यायाम साबित हुआ। मुझे मूड स्विंग की भी समस्या है और इस खेल ने मुझे काफी सुकून दिया।

हॉकी के खेल में दो टीम होती हैं और प्रत्येक टीम में 11 खिलाड़ी होते हैं। सभी खिलाड़ी गोल करने की भावना के साथ खेलते हैं। वे विपक्षी टीम में गोल करने के लिए गेंद को मारते हैं। यह खेल घास के मैदान पर खेला जाता है। 11 खिलाड़ियों वाली एक एकल टीम में 10 खिलाड़ी बीच मैदान पर और एक खिलाड़ी गोलकीपर के रूप में गोल बचाने के लिए होता है। टीम के खिलाड़ियों को स्कोर बनाने के लिए गेंद को विपरीत टीम की ओर ले जाना पड़ता है। खिलाड़ी गेंद को हाथों या पैरों से नहीं छू सकते हैं, उन्हें केवल अपनी छड़ी का इस्तेमाल करना होता है। सिर्फ गोलकीपर ही गेंद को हाथ-पैर आदि से छू सकता है। पूरे खेल के दौरान रेफरी का निर्णय अंतिम होता है। गलतियों पर खिलाडी और यहाँ तक कि टीम को भी दंडित किया जाता है।

हॉकी – भारत के राष्ट्रीय खेल के रूप में और इसकी वर्तमान स्थिति

हॉकी एक अंतर्राष्ट्रीय खेल है और यह दुनियाभर में खेला जाता है। यह भारत का राष्ट्रीय खेल है। हमारे देश में भी हॉकी के कई बेहतरीन खिलाड़ी हैं। हमारे देश की टीम ने हॉकी में ओलंपिक पदक और कई अन्य ट्रॉफी जीते हैं।

यह बताना वाकई बेहद दुखद है कि इस खेल की वृद्धि और प्रसिद्धि कई वर्षों से कम हुई है। हॉकी के खेल को भारत में अन्य खेलों जैसे क्रिकेट की तरह कोई समर्थन नहीं मिलता है। हमारे देश में इस खेल के विकास की ओर कोई ध्यान नहीं देता है। यहाँ तक कि हमारे पास उम्मीदवारों की सहायता और प्रशिक्षण के लिए बेहतर सुविधाएं और खेल के मैदान भी नहीं हैं। चूँकि इस खेल का इतना अच्छा इतिहास था और यह हमारा राष्ट्रीय खेल भी है, इसलिए इसके प्रति सरकार का समर्थन होना चाहिए।

The game of basketball has truly become global in the last few years. The game is currently popular in the United States. Also, it is described by many as an American game because of the fun and competitive element in it. Initially, he invented the game by using a rectangular pitch which was 6 feet wide and 4 feet high. Additionally, the court includes a free throw line which is 12 feet long. Also, dribbling was not part of the game initially. Eventually, it evolved till 1950 by which the balls got better shape due to manufacturing. 

Additionally, the orange ball was evolved from the brown ball. The brown ball was used in the beginning as it was thought that the ball is more visible. By 1996, the peach baskets used were replaced by metal hoops on the backboard.

Basketball Game 

At the start of the game, a referee tosses the ball at the center of the court between two players. One player from either team try to get their hands on the ball and the ball is passed on to the teammates. For scoring a point, a team needs to shoot the ball through the basket. If a shot is scored from a distance that is closer to the basket than the 3 point line than it fetches 2 points. Also, if the ball is shot from the distance behind 3 point line, it fetches 3 points. So, the team that has a maximum number of points is declared the winner. 

In case of a draw, there may be additional time allotted to both the teams. In the game, a player is cannot move if he is holding the ball. The player needs to dribble, otherwise, it is considered as a foul. Likewise, when there is a physical contact that affects the other team then it counted as a physical foul.
