After agent Tracy (Sammi Davis) has shot and killed a big mob boss, she wants to step out of the spotlight and visit her father Cliff (Cliff Robertson) in Berlin. When he is shot and badly injured, she starts an investigation together with a local inspector Erik (Dominic Raacke). She learns that her father was not the target and becomes involved in a strange child trafficking case.
