What we offer
Mission statement.
Provide the platform of education necessary to develop enlisted leaders with the moral framework of integrity, service and excellence.
Airman Leadership School (ALS) prepares Senior Airmen for their transition to a supervisory role by providing 24 days of professional military education. The course is composed of four key focus areas: Air Force Culture, Mission, Problem Solving and Leadership. Graduation from ALS is a requirement for promotion to Staff Sergeant.
Little Rock AFB ALS is accredited by the Community College of the Air Force. Upon graduation, students earn 10 credit hours toward their CCAF degree.
