धार्मिक दहशतवाद

त्याचप्रमाणे अल-कायदा, लष्कर-ए-तैयबा, जैश-ए-मोहम्मद इ. अत्यंत कट्टरतेने ग्रस्त.

राजकीय किंवा सामाजिक दहशतवाद

भारतातील नक्षलवादी सामाजिक आणि आर्थिक कारणांसाठी राजकीय नव्हे तर मानसिक दबावाखाली आहेत.

जागतिक दहशतवाद

अल-कायदाने अमेरिकेवर केलेल्या दहशतवादी हल्ल्यांच्या मालिकेतील ११ सप्टेंबरचा हल्ला हा पहिला होता. मंगळवार, 11 सप्टेंबर 2001 रोजी झालेल्या हल्ल्यांमध्ये अंदाजे २,९९६ लोक मारले गेले, ६,००० हून अधिक जखमी झाले आणि $१० बिलियन पेक्षा जास्त किमतीची मालमत्ता आणि पायाभूत सुविधा नष्ट झाल्या.

भारतीय संसदेवर हल्ला, १४ डिसेंबर २००१

१३ डिसेंबर २००१ रोजी भारतीय संसदेच्या हिवाळी अधिवेशनादरम्यान सकाळी ११ वा. पांढऱ्या गाडीतून आलेल्या पाच सशस्त्र अतिरेक्यांनी संसदेवर गोळीबार केला. त्यानंतर झालेल्या पलटवारात सर्व हल्लेखोर ठार झाले.

मुंबईतील दहशतवादी हल्ला, २६-२९ नोव्हेंबर २००८

ठिकाणे: छत्रपती शिवाजी टर्मिनस रेल्वे स्टेशन, लिओपोल्ड कॅफे, ताज हॉटेल, ओबेरॉय ट्रायडेंट हॉटेल, मेट्रो सिनेमा, कामा हॉस्पिटल आणि नरिमन हाऊस.

मुंबईत लष्कर-ए-तैयबाच्या दहा पाकिस्तानी दहशतवाद्यांनी केलेल्या हल्ल्यात १४४ लोक मारले गेले. या हल्ल्यात नऊ बंदूकधारी ठार झाले तर एकाला पकडण्यात आले. नोव्हेंबर २०१२ मध्ये शेवटचा बंदूकधारी मोहम्मद अजमल कसाब याला फाशी देण्यात आली.

पेशावर शाळेवर हल्ला, १६ डिसेंबर २०१४

१६ डिसेंबर २०१४ रोजी तालिबानी बंदुकधारींनी पेशावरमध्ये विद्यार्थी आणि शिक्षकांवर हल्ला केला आणि सैन्याने घेरल्यानंतर १४१ लोक मारले.

मारले गेलेले दहशतवादी शाळा उडवण्यासाठी पुरेशी स्फोटके घेऊन आले होते, असे पोलिसांनी सांगितले. त्यांच्याकडे संपूर्ण बटालियन सैनिकांना मारण्यासाठी पुरेसा दारूगोळा होता.

दहशतवाद म्हणजे मानवी जीवन आणि सुव्यवस्था यांस धोका निर्माण करणे. दहशतवाद ही एक प्रकट स्वरूपाची हिंसा आहे. बॉंबस्फोट घडवून आणणे, गोळीबार करणे, शस्त्रास्त्र पुरवठा करून हिंसा घडवणे, असे एक ना अनेक प्रकारे दहशतवाद उफाळून येत असतो.

प्रथमतः दहशतवाद ही कुठल्या विशिष्ट देशाची समस्या नाही तर ती संपूर्ण मानवतेसाठी घातक असलेली जागतिक समस्या आहे. राजकीय स्वार्थासाठी धर्म, जात, स्वातंत्र्य, देशाची सीमा, समूहावर अत्याचार असे मुद्दे पुढे आणले जातात आणि मग हिंसा घडवण्यासाठी दहशतवादी संघटनांना पाठिंबा दिला जातो.

दहशतवादी कारवायांची सुरुवात अत्यंत छोट्या स्तरावरून होते. त्याचे संहारक परिणामसुद्धा पाहायला मिळतात. दहशतवादाला सहाय्यक असणारे दुवे सत्तेत असल्याने अशा संघटना कायम आतंकी हल्ला करतच असतात. त्यांना विरोध म्हणजे मग आपली सुरक्षा व्यवस्था त्यांच्या विरोधात लढते.

आतंकी हल्ल्याचे परिणाम संपूर्ण समाजमनावर होत असतात. त्यामुळे समाज कधीच स्वतंत्र आणि सुरक्षित अनुभव करत नाही. शिवाय हिंसाचार, प्राणहानी व वित्तहानी होतेच. त्याचे परिणाम मग कुटुंब स्तरावर, वैयक्तिक स्तरावर भोगायला लागतात.

मागील काही दशकांत भारत तसेच अन्य काही देशांनी दहशतवादाचे परिणाम भोगलेले आहेत. काश्मीर तसेच अन्य भारतीय प्रांतात आतंकवादी आणि नक्षलवादी हल्ले होतच राहतात, परंतु ते होण्याची कारणे काय असू शकतील? याचाही अत्यंत जाणीवपूर्वक विचार व्हायला हवा.

दहशतवादाचे प्रमुख कारण म्हणजे लहानपणापासून व्यक्तीच्या मनात भरवले जाणारे नकारात्मक विचार आणि भावना! त्या व्यक्तीला एखादा प्रांत, देश आपला शत्रूच आहे असे सर्वप्रथम शिकवले जाते आणि मग त्या देशाविरोधात लढण्यासाठी त्याला तयार केले जाते.

देशाच्या सुरक्षेसाठी आपण शस्त्र हातात घेतले आहे असे न शिकवता शत्रूला मारणे आणि हिंसा घडवणे असेच दहशतवाद्यांना शिकवले जाते. लहानपणी बंदूक हातात देऊन आप्तेष्ट, प्रिय व्यक्तींना मारून टाकणे, चुकीच्या पद्धतीने धर्माची शिकवण देणे आणि मोठेपणी हवा तसा व्यक्तीचा उपयोग करून घेणे, अशी उद्दिष्ट्ये आतंकवादी संघटनांची असतात.

दहशतवादी व्यक्तीला समजतच नाही की त्याचे संस्कार चुकीचे आहेत. त्यामुळे हिंसा, नशा आणि कत्तल करताना त्याला काहीच वाटत नाही. मनात प्रेम, करुणा या भावनांचा विकास न घडवता शस्त्रास्त्रांचे पारंगत शिक्षण मात्र दिले जाते. इथे व्यक्तीचा विकास दृष्टीत न ठेवता एका मोठ्या हत्याकांडात त्याला सामील करून घेतले जाते.

सर्व देशातील सरकार शिक्षणाबद्दल आग्रही असले पाहिजे. संपूर्ण पृथ्वीवर कोणी कोणाचा शत्रू नाहीये, असे मनात भरवले पाहिजे. देशाची सुरक्षा महत्त्वाची पण आक्रमणाला दुजोरा देता कामा नये. आतंकवादी संघटना समूळ नष्ट करून त्या विरोधात राष्ट्रीय आणि आंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तरावर कडक कायदे निर्मित झाले पाहिजेत.

प्रत्येक देशाने जर आपापल्या संस्कृती आणि धर्मानुसार जगण्याची प्राथमिकता ठरवली तर नागरिकांमध्ये योग्य शिक्षण आणि मूल्ये यांचा विकास करता येणे शक्य होईल. नाहीतर अजुन किती वर्षे संपूर्ण जग आणि विविध देश या दहशतवादाचे परिणाम भोगणार आहेत कोण जाणे!

नमस्कार मित्र-मैत्रिणींनो आज आपण  दहशतवाद  मराठी निबंध बघणार आहोत . दिवस होता ११ सप्टेंबर २००१ आणि मी जे पाहतो आहे ते खरेच आहे की, मला भास होतो आहे, असे क्षणभर वाटले. स्वतःलाच चिमटा काढून पाहिला, नाही मी ठिकाणावर होतो. 

पण अमेरिकेची व जगाची झोप उडाली होती. कारण घटनाच तेवढी भयानक होती. अमेरिकेच्या Twin Towers वर ओसामा बिन लादेनच्या दोन अतिरेक्यांनी विमानाने हल्ला करून जमीनदोस्त केले होते. कित्येक लोक ठार झाले.

ज्यांचा काही दोष नव्हता त्यांचे प्राण गेले आणि 'ट्रिन टॉवर्स' जेवढे हादरलेत त्यापेक्षा कैकपटीने सारे जग हादरले. ताबडतोब बुश साहेबांनी जगाला फर्मान सोडले "जर तुम्ही आमच्यासोबत नसाल तर आमच्याविरुद्ध आहात असे आम्ही समजू."

आज अमेरिकाच नव्हे तर सारे जग दहशतवादाच्या सावटाखाली आहे. भारतासारख्या देशाला गेल्या ५० वर्षांपासून दहशतवादाचे या ना त्या प्रकारे हादरे बसत आहेत. ९/११ च्या हल्ल्याने फक्त अमेरिकाच नव्हे तर साऱ्या जगाला दहशतवादाविषयी नव्याने विचार करून रणनीती आखायला प्रवृत्त केले. १९९३ च्या मुंबई बॉम्बस्फोटानंतर एका पीडिताची प्रतिक्रिया मोठी बोलकी होती. तो म्हणतो, "हम रोज थोडे थोडे मरकर जिते है." नंतर २००२ साली गोध्रा हत्याकांड झाले. सारा देश हादरला. 

हिंदू-मुस्लीम दंगली पेटल्या. फाळणीसारखी स्थिती निर्माण झाली. अल्पसंख्याक घरात जीव लपवून बसले. खरोखर दहशतवादाचे सावट आज प्रत्येकाच्या मानगुटीवर बसले आहे, ते केव्हा उतरेल याची कुणालाही कल्पना नाही. गोध्रा हत्याकांडात सुखरूप बचावलेल्या व्यक्तीबाबतची बोलकी प्रतिक्रिया होती -

जीवन जगायलाच जर माणूस घाबरत असेल, तर तो खरोखर सुरक्षित आहे का याचा विचार झाला पाहिजे. यानंतर ११ जुलैचे बॉम्बस्फोट झाले, मालेगाव शहरात बॉम्बस्फोट होऊन शेकडो मृत्युमुखी पडले ही मालिका नंतर चालूच आहे. आज दहशतवादापासून कोणाचे जीवन सुरक्षित राहिलेले नाही. 

दहशतवादी सार्वभौमत्वाचे प्रतीक असलेल्या संसदेवर हल्ला करायला धजावले याचा गांभीर्याने विचार करायला हवा. कारण सगळ्या राष्ट्राच्या भवितव्याचाच प्रश्न निर्माण झाला आहे. हा फक्त राजकारण्यांचाच प्रश्न नसून संपूर्ण जनतेने या लढ्यात सहभागी झाले पाहिजे. 

दहशतवादाच्या भीतीच्या सावटाखालीच जणू काही महानगरातील मनुष्य आज जगतो आहे. सैनिकांना तर 'रात्रंदिन आम्हां युद्धाचा प्रसंग' अशीच पाळी आली आहे. अतिरेक्यांकडे 'Suicide Bombs' असल्यामुळे होणारी मनुष्यहानी मोठ्या प्रमाणात असते. 

मुंबईच्या बॉम्बस्फोटानंतर वृत्तपत्रात बातम्या आल्या की 'दुसऱ्या दिवशी मुंबईकर पुन्हा कामाला जायला लागला, मुंबईकरांचे आशावादी जीवन पुन्हा सुरू' वगैरे, परंतु खरोखर तो जीवन जगण्याचा आशावाद होता की, जीवन जगण्याची अपरिहार्यता होती ?

आपण दहशतवादापायी दोन पंतप्रधान गमावले. कित्येक जीव आत्तापर्यंत गेले. याची सांख्यिकी नाही. सरकारने, राजकारण्यांनी, धोरण बनविण्याऱ्यांनी दहशतवादाचा सर्वसमावेशक विचार करायला हरा. उदा. अमेरिकेनेच लादेनला पोसले त्याला मोठे केले व एकदिवस हाच लादेन अमेरिकेवर उलटला. म्हणून बड्या राष्ट्रांनी आपले धोरण स्वार्थापायी ठरविताना
